there. san leandro is just a small town, it's ok, but nothing fancy. If you
have a family and need to rent a house, you can try heron bay in san leandro
. it has very nice location and a good neighbour.

alameda, castro valley, or pleasanton if you don't mind commute
if you really want to live in san leandro, try heron bay, rent/buy a house
there, cost is low, and a chinese store in walking distance. |

父母来说也不方便，坏区散步的风险太大。castro valley的palomares hills和five
canyons风景也不错，就是对老人来说太不方便了，都是住宅区。如果你不介意住海边
，san leandro的heron bay还不错，社区比较新，房价也跌了不少，80k-55k，就在海
边，很大一片保护区，社区外面就是一个中国超市。可惜学区很烂... |

Union city的新房子比较多。学校也不差，尤其至少两小学很不错。
hayward 跟san leandro治安根学校都跟前面两个没得比。能买前面两个，这两个可以
省略。 |

降，量也差不多。只是不知为何白辣椒炒肉的做法大异。去过milpitas的奇峰阁一次，
很难吃，难以下咽。真不明白，同样的店名，为何厨师水准差这么多。
san leandro的那家服务也还可以，可能因为在san leandro，客人比较少，常常还会过
来跟我们拉家常。已经混的很熟了。
推荐他家的烧椒皮蛋，奇峰阁豆腐，酸菜鱼砂锅，腊排骨。当然是san leandro那家的
，真是很好吃。说他是弯曲最好的湖南菜馆绝对没错。 |

发帖数: 60 | 47 最近一两个月准备买一辆2013 Mustang GT, 光顾了不少湾区的Dealer，现在把一些经
验心得和写出来分享，大家轻拍。
首先说一下invoice价格，kbb或者cars.com上的invoice比很多dealer给我的invoice要
低大约$500左右。Truecar上说是别的网站上不包括regional ad fees ($610, 以San
Mateo为例)。大部分dealer也这么说，但是我决定订车的dealer说这个adv assessment
已经包括在invoice价格里了，不应该额外再加，所以它给的invoice就是kbb的。
以2013 GT base coupe为例：
MSRP是31095= 30300 (base)+795(desination fee)。
kbb的invoice是28747= 27952 (base)+795 (desination fee)。
Truecar上的invoice是29357= 27952 (base)+795 (desination fee)+ 610 (regional
ad fee)。
