Especially don’t do this just because the person overtaking you is a woman.

名的有Johnnie Walker蓝带，梁家辉的最爱，国内假酒泛滥的芝华士，最著名的是25年
皇家礼炮，国内泛滥12年18年芝华士，03年的皇家礼炮50年更是精品。华人喝习惯威士
忌酒的不多，以前住波士顿时候，有次去greatangler家做客，我带了一瓶25年皇家礼
炮，结果成了做菜酒，在座的就我喝了一点，大家都不喝。主要是不习惯。
西方人的红酒更是出极品，最近几十年，美国人的一些红酒也不错。大众一点的酒庄，
比如robert mondavi，shafer，stag's leap等，都很好，我去三番时候，还特意去过
，Shafer的Merlot, Stag's Leap的Cabernet Sauvignon，有些年份的很不错。
白酒噱头多，国产精品酒是花雕酒，品牌有古越龙山，女儿红，我个人的看法，与其花
大价格买茅台五粮液，不如同样价格买花雕。 |

maybe big deep squat/deadlift helps standing long jump a lot.
but your vertical leap still has a lot of room to grow. my standing vertical
leap is about 58-60cm. i only DL half as much as yours, 276lbs last time
measured.
i have 150LBS heavy gripper, now i can close it either hand now. but that's
just 70kg or so.

一天，某论坛有人问，他看到天空旋转飞舞的亮点是什么？试了试，也能看到。真实，
非物质实体，密密麻麻，但没有远近空间感。似乎不是用肉眼而是第三眼看到。那一刻
我对自己说，你的人生再也和从前不同了。

8：建筑师
9：生物学家
10：其他科学家
教授惜败码工，生物男挤进前10名。
