half second language learner, 就是说大致12个家里讲英文小孩，12个家里讲中文小
孩。

李丹被哈佛等名校录取主要是靠自己的努力。哈佛的录取率只有6%，竞争是非常激烈的
，只凭自己的努力是很难进哈佛。《俄勒冈人》网的记者史蒂夫在当地报纸发表文章为

我也不是个宁事息人的人，但凡我有道理的时候，我脾气很大的。我记得当年我带着我
老婆在学校附近的DMV一次次得跑就是为了办张learner's permit, 问题是DMV一会说要
拿utility的账单，一会儿要这个那个的，你不能一次说明白啊，弄得我们来回跑了3次
，最后一次，我火了，当时正好有警察在那里逗留，我冲着办事的女人说，你觉得我老
婆是criminal是么？你如果觉得是的话，你让那警察把她现在就抓起来，我当时声音挺
大的，警察都听到的，头转过来看看。
办好后，办事的女人跟我打招呼：我们也是照章做事。我说fine, 心里还是很气，你特
么的不能一次把话讲明白么，看着我们来来回回跑了3回了，耍我们玩那。

With Windows 10/Edge I do not have a "File/Print" at the top left either, or
a tool bar containing those facilities, as I do on Word and many other
programs, so that recommendation is totally shot.
However if I go to top right to the 3 dots which means "More Actions" and
click, I can then select "Open with Internet Explorer" from the dropdown.

偶无照驾车三年多.开始还有点比扭,朋友也老劝偶"考了吧",但种种
阴差阳错,也就一拖再拖下来.到后来就很自然了,带人修车,买菜,自
己开长途去开会,出去玩儿,渐渐地,也俨然一个老司机的样子了.但法
网恢恢,疏而不漏,偶这条大鱼终于于一月前在高速上被警察叔叔活抓
了.当时其实偶是很乖的,65的限速开67,是啊,后屁股跟一警车,偶想
飞车也没这个胆呀.大概觉得偶太老实了吧,警察叔叔跟了一段就警笛
长鸣,警灯狂闪上了.偶特别冤枉地PULL OVER,然后想起偶没驾照这回
子事了.完了完了,这会偶是栽定了.
警察叔叔走过来,当然第一要看驾照.偶作可怜惜惜状,把偶已经磨的
破旧了的LEARNER'S PERMIT递过去.警察叔叔这下乐呵了,"没照啊,你

驾驶，别用Learner's Permit驾驶，别自以为自己驾驶没问题，别
自以为开车不过如此，可谓千叮咛，万嘱咐，而且前有无数的教训
在那里，可还是有许多来这个版的一些朋友不信邪，非要到出事的
时候才追悔莫及。更有不幸的，如那位才拿驾照不过数月，便要两
天开1500迈，结果自己的生命都给撞毁的，这是多么大的人生悲剧？
这究竟是为什么呢？诸位刚学驾驶的，不要嫌麻烦，多从别人的角
度看看，多考虑考虑父母的养育之恩，亲人的爱情，多考虑考虑现

Go to www.irs.gov and find the application form (W-7) for ITIN and the nearest
IRS walk-in office.You can apply in person.It's free.
Usually it will take 8 weeks.
ITIN is the best way I could find to get a learner permit for F-2.(Indiana)

下午在学校开车，在出停车场的路口处的STOP sigh 处停下来，观察到马路两边都没有车
，于是决定赶快冲过马路中间的隔离带左转，就在车转了一半的时候，后面突然冲出来了
一辆94 Honda Civic，我的车的右前方撞到了对方车左侧后轮前面一点，我的速度由于比
较慢，马上就停下来了，只见那辆车向前冲去在路上转了180度后才停下来。
我的车右前方的转向灯被撞碎了，前面的防撞器也松了。开那辆Civic的是一个美国小伙
子，由于他的车时双门的，在左侧门和后轮之间凹进去一大块，后轮也破了。
警察来了以后，说我是Learner Permit驾车，而且在马路中间的隔离带处应该Yield，所
以错都在我。但是我当时确实看了右侧没有车来，而且我的车速度很慢，相撞后我的车都
没有动，而他的车却飞出去了。
后来警察给了我两张单，一张说Fail to Yield When Enter Road，一张是No Licensed
Driver Present，让我一个月后去法院。而那个美国人却一点事都没有。
大家说如果去法院的话，都需要准备些什么呢？要经历什么过程呢？要罚多少钱呢？怎样
说才 |

不能单独开车。
临时驾照是：Provisional Driver's License.是可以单独驾驶的。
还是赶快找律师吧。估计当时对警察态度也不好。警察一生气，就不依不饶了。 |

一般来讲,learner permit旁边坐一个有驾照的,法律是允许的.
车窗都碎了,还是敞篷不认识的车,保守估计也得1500以上了.
如果是豪华车(保时捷等),那可能更多,不过一般碰不上.
