具体情况：与一个family （一对夫妻加上小孩）合租。这个family使用其中一套卧室

-8月）来cambridge实习，但是房东不想签短期合同，想找人签一年。所以我们想找一
个能9月入住的人来和房东签约（合同到明年六月底）。我们8月底走了以后已经另外找
到了一人做房客，所以签约以后只需另找一人入住即可（根据房子的条件应该很容易找
到）。以下是房子的介绍：
价格是每月$1500,包水费。电和暖气自负，冬天最冷的时候整个房子暖气费大概$110-
120. 三居室，一间最大的屋子自带洗手间，另一间屋子有一个小阳台，屋子加阳台总
面积在25平米左右。另外一间屋有近30平米左右，没有阳台。房子是在一个公园旁边，
邻居都是白人中产都很好很热情。周围氛围很好，环境安静，生活设施齐全，交通便利。
这里距离超市很近，有marketbasket，Target，日本超市（中国食物大多都能找到）；
远一点的有Shaws，Marshalls等，还有Lechmere 车站附近还有很大的shapping mall——
Cambridgeside Galleria。
