至更好，小学也不错。孩子玩的空间和town上的设施比fort lee强多了，比如球场，游
泳池，室内溜冰场等。10年后娃上中学了再搬家就是了。 |

发帖数: 836 | 7 作为两地都看过不少房子的人来说说感想（不光这两地，还包括很多北泽西的town)。
如果只看书面指标（房价，交通，学区分数），Secaucus是挺不错的。但是去亲自转转
就会发现，前面有人说的Secaucus是个传统蓝领区是个挺大的问题，绝大多数中国人都
是普通中产，住在传统蓝领区会有种格格不入的感觉。在Fort Lee则不同，左邻右舍都
是跟你差不多的人，舒服很多。这个东西不好量化，买房的话还是亲自看看比较好。
房地产市场基本上是个自由市场，贵有贵的道理，便宜也有便宜的道理，毕竟都是买房
人真金白银付出来的房价，普通人能看出来的因素，基本都price in了。 |

外加楼顶阁楼（空间和卧室面积差不多，相当于第三间房）。在Single Family House
的二楼，有独立进出的门。晚上非常安静。距离Hmart开车5分钟。Costco开车20分钟。
适合到纽约的通勤上班族家庭或者哥伦比亚大学学生和家庭。走路10分钟到GWB大桥桥
头，有公共交通过桥换乘地铁A线。从桥头坐车算起，到中城大约40-50分钟。哥大学生
还可以走路5分钟到哥大Fort Lee shuttle站坐车进入NYC。
也可以走路一分钟到158公车站进纽约，非高峰时段50分钟到42街port authority。高
峰时段需要一个小时以上。
房东是希腊人，很professional and responsive，我们在这房子住了四年，从未遇到
麻烦。
房租$1750每月，押金1.5个月房租。水电气自负，一般一个月电25，电气一共四十左右
，冬天因为烧暖气，电和气一共一百左右。协议一年一签，每年房租涨幅可以和房东商

top of 7th, and Lee had no control to start the bottom. Threw 7 straight ba
