In the afternoon she went to skate as usual. Pain came up but then
disappeared after a short rest.
In the evening, she did a little bit stretching. When she goes to bed, the
pain is so sharp that she starts to cry.
The pain is OK if she has some pressure on the left knee, like, standing
straight. But if she lies on bed, the pain is overwhelming.
Any idea what this is and any suggestions how to treat it?

我在周四的时候给Dallas 的 lockbox 用 USPS 的Priority Mail 送了材料，本来以为
会在下周一的时候他们才会送到。可是我刚刚查了状态，说是 USPS 今天周六的时候也
试着递送了，结果留下了 “Notice Left”。我非常担心 USPS 的工作人员是不会到邮
局去 pick up 的。这样的话过15天 USPS 就会把我的材料给退回来。
请问大家有此经验的，在这种情况下该怎么办？我可不想没人去拿结果把东西给我退回
来。

晚上11点送同事回宾馆，在宾馆出来的小路左转（如图红星标记），再左转至kingery
highway，都开出两三个miles了，后面警笛响起，我靠边停下。
下来个光头，态度非常粗鲁，直接要驾照，开完罚单直接让签字，啥也不给解释。
