authorized to work in the USA， 但很多公司招聘的要求写的是legally authorized

petitioner letter，大概两三页，介绍公司，我的工作和成绩，简单说了下
authorship， review 和original contribution。 我的理解的这个两三页的公司的
letter就叫公司的letter，那个十几页的legal argument叫petitioner letter，不知
道我的理解有没有错？
另外一个问题是关于EB1-B公司提供三个researchers要写在公司的letter里面吗？还是

照，当时DMV收了材料就给了新的Temporary Driver License. 今年三月收到DMV的信要
求补legal presence documents, 于是把材料都寄了过去，当时不记得寄过什么。到了
4月底还是没有消息，于是就打电话给DMV，被告知没有收到文件，让我fax visa,
passport, i-94和passport第一页，于是我当年就fax过去。到今天还没有消息，于是
又打电话问，结果那个人解释和我说，我的visa过期了，所以不能给我。 我解释说老
公的i20没有过期，要到2015年10月，所以我是legal的status。那人说i20只是允许学
生身份，他们只看visa。。。。在一番解释后，她最后说让我去DMV office先续一张
Temporary的Driver License，但是一定要有current visa才能给我办正式的！！我的
visa是2012年过期的，之后没有回国过。
非常沮丧啊，为什么F2连办Driver License都这么复杂！
