来并且办H1b
transfer花了几千块钱。由于合同上并没有写H1b transfer的legal fee需要偿还，他
们只能说从道德角度我应该归还这笔花费。并且说，要不然以后background/reference
check他们会做点什么，在technology community也会影响我的reputation云云。
我是才工作两年的职场菜鸟，所以想请教各位，如何处理这件事情比较好。是全额偿还
，部分偿还，还是不用理他们？只在这家公司待了一个月，在现在公司估计至少会干上
一两年，找下一份工作的时候，能跳过这家小公司的经历吗？他们的评价会有多大影响

it is your own responsibility have confusion on legal names, that is to give you a chance to let the admission office know about it, personally I had similar issue (on SS card I added a middle name myself, just like many chinese people, which that name is not on the passport)
it's not a big problem, they understand it.
key is applicant's criterias, these are just minute issues, worst case scenario admission office will request |
