我在過去幾年已經反復論證過，現代人類社會充滿了非理性的因素，放任式民主（
Liberal Democracy）自然會導致非理性的多數壓倒理性的少數。這種劣幣驅逐良幣的
效應，在無監管的大衆媒體上也會同樣體現出來（參見前文《大衆媒體的内建矛盾》）
，所以指望靠輿論來糾偏是緣木求魚。
我以前還提過，政治的目的在於公衆利益的最大化。所以政治裏面的所謂理性，就是任
何能夠幫助公衆達到整體利益最大化的心態、知識和思考能力，這要求每一個理性的成
員都能原則上瞭解公衆利益背後極端複雜的方程式，包括所有相關的專業知識，並且在
牽扯到自身得失的議題上，依舊保持客觀的態度。換句話說，他不只是位賢人，而且已
經到達了聖人的門檻。指望多數民衆有這樣的素質，當然是不切實際的；一個奠基於如
此不切實際的假設的政治制度，自然禁不起長期實踐的檢驗。

应该听说过 common core 了,可能学校已经采用和 common core 配套的标准化考试了
。我不想再引发争论，只是想请作父母的多了解一下为什么有这么多来自草根的（主要
是父母）和教育界的反对的声音。

。如果反对论据很荒缪，那么我不用去看正方的辩论就大概可以归纳出自己的结论了。
这个网有据说很多内行的反对意见，一部分是参加了CC评选的组委会成员，都是职业教

我反对的原因没说过吗？上次转的文章基本代表了。观点有互相冲突吗？还是反对的原

一，CC 的推手们向各州推动 CC的过程不公开不透明，各州是被 stimulus money 和
No Child Left Behind 的 waiver 所贿赂上船的。CC自我推销的语言多是空话，甚至
谎言。
CC说是 state led. 事实：它从来不是。
二，CC 从来没有在任何一个学校试验过。他们自己称有大量研究支持这个标准，但却
拿不出一个研究的 citation。我在 CC的官网没找到，如果那位找到了，请分享！
既然没有任何试点，没人知道 CC 是否真的能改进中小学教育。反正 Bill Gates 的孩
子们上的是学费超过 $20,000的私校（也是他的母校），一般公立学校的孩子作荷兰猪

students. Actually I've tried that before I applied for the program, but the
info is rare. You know here is Europe not US, most people come here to
study in engineering rather than business. This is one major concern about
my future placement...sort of lacking legitimacy.
Anyway, if anybody could provide some relevant information on the placement
in Europe, that would be favorable, thanks...

be worth it. At least, I still think it is much better than the bleak
prospect of sky-high inflation caused by RMB depreciatioin.
How many people are employed in the export-oriented industry? What is
