养穷人我不反对, 与其用我纳的税, 让他们白吃白喝, 就不用转换成我出钱让他

之前朋友有过类似的情况,最后是自己和车里的另外三个人咋了三千多。不过不是租学
校的车,所以没有你说的那种学校连带责任之类的。
不过我觉得能用钱解决的事情还是不要扯谎闹大的好,老美很看重信用,如果for
leisure的租车你们说是business但有出不了证明,最后学校这边可能也会给你
blacklist之类的。至于交警开的罚单,就直接去交罚款,上驾校就可以了。
以后左转还是多看看,实在拿不准,等到黄灯的时候再转吧。这还好是车,上次有人右
转没注意行人,要是撞出个事那才叫惨。
我还觉得你多去学校的机构和租车公司再多咨询咨询,不要以讨要责任的态度,就是去
咨询,一般这里的人特别是staff对学校都比较nice,你解释一下你的情况,可能他们
也或多或少能理解,然后看看他们给你提出什么意见和建议,毕竟人家是这里土生土长
的比我们在这里提意见都要实际的多。

去年7月底,在学校里面,红绿灯口处右拐。一开始是红灯,变绿灯后右拐,速度非常慢,没有注意,撞到了斑马线上正在走路的一个老头,80多岁,(后来知道的),当时以为是60多
岁的样子,白人老头。马上停车,老头跟我要了个人信息和保险信息,我叫了警察。警
察来了以后想打911让老头去医院,(在一所大学的医学院校区,旁边就是医院),老
头当时还说不用,因为连胳膊都一点擦伤都没有。我还以为老头挺nice呢,连医院都不
用去。后来还是在警察的劝说下打了911叫了救护车。送到了医院。等我这头跟警察处
理完把车趴下,(大概半个多小时的样子)去医院找老头时护士告诉我说老头已经走了
。自己走路走的,当时检查什么事情也没有。
本来以为没什么大事,保险有2万5的coverage。想着应该足够了,后来过了几个星期保
险公司给我打电话询问当时发生的情况,然后我问保险公司怎么样了,结果保险公司说
老头还在治疗,找了lawyer负责claim。还不知道具体多少。后来renew保险时又问了一
回,说还没claim完。当时就觉得老头不善,是想发一笔财。

两万五够了 你保险公司会搞他的

去年7月底,在学校里面,红绿灯口处右拐。一开始是红灯,变绿灯后右拐,速度非常
慢,没有注意,撞到了斑马线上正在走路的一个老头,80多岁,(后来知道的),当时
以为是60多
岁的样子,白人老头。马上停车,老头跟我要了个人信息和保险信息,我叫了警察。警
察来了以后想打911让老头去医院,(在一所大学的医学院校区,旁边就是医院),老
头当时还说不用,因为连胳膊都一点擦伤都没有。我还以为老头挺nice呢,连医院都不
用去。后来还是在警察的劝说下打了911叫了救护车。送到了医院。等我这头跟警察处
理完把车趴下,(大概半个多小时的样子)去医院找老头时护士告诉我说老头已经走了
。自己走路走的,当时检查什么事情也没有。
本来以为没什么大事,保险有2万5的coverage。想着应该足够了,后来过了几个星期保
险公司给我打电话询问当时发生的情况,然后我问保险公司怎么样了,结果保险公司说
老头还在治疗,找了lawyer负责claim。还不知道具体多少。后来renew保险时又问了一
回,说还没claim完。当时就觉得老头不善,是想发一笔财。

I think so too. I just pick the one in the lot. so not much choice. I do
not drive that much. Take L to work every day. This is just a leisure
vehicle and family car. So Roomy/safety is number 1.. My LD always wants
to get Hummer even he called himself a environmentalist.
