staffing company 去做contract才可以by-pass 背景调查。
十四个 个人，两个公司。先是说我们偷motorola 东西给lemko,lemko把这些东西送给
中国政府。然后又说lemko 将这些东西给huawei. Huawei 反击的很厉害，中国政府也
支持他，不批motorola 和诺西的收购案，motorola只好低头认输，放了huawei,听说还
赔了huawei 很多钱。但还留着我们14个 个人和lemko一个小公司。三年多了。这些个
人中，我是唯一一个从lemko到motorola的，motorola 居然说我进motorola 就是为了
去潜伏替lemko偷东西。另外，我明明是mobility的人，现在却是solution 在告我。
这几年和这个律师相处，简直是另一个噩梦。已经花了十几万了，没有钱给律师了。律
师也是什么都不做，连discovery的material也不给，催很久也不给。还骗我说

individuals and Lemko in this chinese spy ring case
I knew her when I worked at Lemko. I was shocked by newspaper report in April 2008, and I thought there is a mistake. I knew she is not a spy, as they reported in the newspaper. her email after I read her story at newspaper. I was shocked by what
reported in the newspaper. she asked me about the value of etod, one of
mobile location tech. I sent her email that etod is public standard. it's
not as claimed 600 million. I didn't know motorola already broke in my
gmail by istalling spyware in background. they then claimed that I am more

凤凰网科技讯 4月13日晚间消息，华为公司与摩托罗拉公司于北京时间20时联合宣布，
双方已就之前的知识产权纠纷案达成和解，双方将向各自提起诉讼的法院申请撤诉。同
时，摩托罗拉将向有在诺西收购案中有可能泄露给诺西的华为机密向华为公司支付专利
使用费。
华为与摩托罗拉发布联合声明称摩托罗拉解决方案公司与华为双方已就所有未决诉讼达
成和解，在摩托罗拉将向华为支付转让费后，将摩托罗拉与华为之间的商业合同转移给
诺西。
双方联合声明表示，摩托罗拉在进一步审核了事实后，已经同意撤回其在芝加哥联邦地
区法院与 Lemko 的诉讼中针对华为的指控，此撤销行为将意味摩托罗拉今后不得再就
此案提起针对华为的诉讼或者以相同事由对华为提起诉讼。
同时，华为也已经同意撤回其在芝加哥联邦地区法院对于摩托罗拉和诺基亚西门子网络
公司（“诺西”）的诉讼，此撤销行为将意味华为今后不再就此案提起针对摩托罗拉和
诺西的诉讼或者以相同事由对摩托罗拉和诺西提起诉讼。
