before was based on limited cases seen here. But I guess that some lenient
IOs may not pay such close attention.
The point is that as long as you have some independent (totally unknown,
such as the people who cited your paper) ones, you can have non-independent
ones, too.
Also, the IOs may not have time to check everything. If you meet someone in

其实这个问题的答案就和绿卡一起寄到的啊，很多人就算有卡也不看一下，呵呵。”

我个人感觉你说得挺靠谱，因为我是亲自问过移民官的，但是他们给我的答案很模糊，
没有给我一个确切的时限，然后我有挖根究底继续试图问出一个准信，可他们还是没有
