1。我设计引物直接把ORF从pcdna质粒上扩增出来，然后装入pENTR，再到destination
病毒载体。
pcdna质粒表达没有问题，wb检测多次；pENTR也测了序。kozak序列倒是没有，因为
pcmv是强启动子。我将试试单转lentiv vector.看看表达与否。
2。p24是病毒的蛋白吗？
3。infection效率不知道。我要老老实实地作一次。 |
