发帖数: 186 | 11 俺就住在Bergen county的Leonia，离fort lee开车10分钟不到。Leonia学区算上乘但
不是顶级。顶级的话tenafly算一个，Bergen academy就不用提了，谁学习好考分高谁
上。传统韩裔聚集地是fort lee，现在是palisades park。Leonia毗邻palisades park
，韩裔有向Leonia扩散的趋势。Leonia低产税非常高，比tenafly还要高一些。
楼主说的很中肯，就是通勤门到门一小时是不可能的。Bergen county火车并不发达，
大多数人还是坐公车。从家门口走到公车站就要至少5分钟。早上坐上公车到port
authority的话平均要50分钟，如果是tenafly或者closter的话再加20-30分钟。从port
authority再坐地铁去公司，平均再加个20-25分钟，所以早上上班门到门至少1小时20
分钟，1个半小时是常事，遇上路上有事故，2个小时也发生过好几回。
Alpine是顶级富豪去，Jay Z什么的都在那里有房子。Englewood cliffs也不错，都是

主看两个区，Leonia和West Orange，目前在两个区各自看中一个，房型、结构类似，
比较符合我的要求，one bedroom, one full bath在一楼，two bedrooms, one full
bath在二楼，一楼都有一个den，都是砖房，要价、地税也差不多，而且还都是short
sale，Lenoia的房子外墙结构看着更加solid，但是里面需要remodel 的多，West
Orange的基本上主要remodel两个洗手间，不需要大动。处于3-5年后会回国的考虑，觉
得resale/rental value也必须比较一下，不知道大家觉得哪个区的房子更加保值一点？
我个人倾向west orange，基本上买下来就能搬进去住了，但是我家那口子觉得Leonia
更好，而且喜欢房子在corner lot。
有没有熟悉这一去的过来人给点意见？另外West Orange这一区到底怎么样？还相中一
套也在west orange。 |

有小孩子的话还是去leonia吧，englewood的学区不是很好
leonia的broad ave和fort lee rd相交的地方就是166车站
非要在这几个里面选的话，brownstone好像近点 |

举办了。
看了介绍，感觉是很随性的户外亲子活动。活动方当天给题目，小朋友在公园里即兴发
挥画画，每个家庭都带上自家的野餐tool，主办方提供场地，又免费提供食物，还有很
多免费亲子活动，小朋友肯定玩得开心呀~
看了他们官网信息，今年去参加跟去年一样有大礼包赠送的。
時間：5/16/2015 11am-4pm
地點：New Overpeck County Park (40 Fort Lee Rd., Leonia, NJ 07604)

furniture in a few days, but they don't provide help in moving the furniture
into the apartment. I live at first floor with veyr easy access. I am
looking around for helpers. Do you guys know where can i find any movers and
