级，BSD。以下是我得到的信息（不过这家伙转述事情的时候，准确度不是很高）：
一、学校有做过 lock down drill，但就是叫大家躲在教室里，in a line。除此之外
，没有其它的任何做法，甚至没有告诉他们可以想办法逃生，就是要他们躲在教室里别
出声。我不太同意这样消极的做法，于是跟他讨论了一些其他可能的应付办法。

law。就是说，如果对方没有携
带武器的话，就算是在你家，你都不能用枪，法律只允许你回避。lethal force不能用
于保护财产。NJ讲究equal
force，NND，嗑了药的老黑，空手对于我都是致命的。跟教员讲，他们倒是直接...说.

尽管有广告性质，但是看着还是很cool的。很多高速摄像机拍下的子
弹冲击过程。我比较喜欢的一个片段是，一个子弹击中鹿的慢动作，鹿被子弹的冲击力瞬间
击毙的过程。看过大量关于lethality的资料，知道如何计算，这是第一次真正看到了子弹
的lethality是如何起作用的。

我很满意。这与几年前刚用上iphone的感觉类似，觉得技术革新真是改变人类生活的
好东西。保护眼睛，不用常充电，小巧易携带，这些优点都逐渐体会到了。我一开始也
下载了不少中文书(www.shucang.com)和版权过期的经典外文书，小拼字游戏(amazon)
等等。弄了几十本以后，就觉得太值了。 但是, 拥有了书不等于就会去读---对我来说
，免费的陈列性新书不容易看进去；而以前看过的书，我感觉用kindle查找也不方便。
kindle翻页比较慢，这对我寻找需要的段落很不力： 我一般只是记得大致章节和内容
，用kindle没法快速翻阅到材料的位置。
我倒是一直有逛书店的习惯--或是连锁大店如B&N，或是小门面的专业及二手书店，这
些都是消磨个把小时的好地方。大店可以喝茶休息，翻翻新书；小店有不少寻觅偶遇的
乐趣。 另外，书店多半有点人世的嘈杂，时人当下的趣味。对我来说，它们是比令人

另一个有 off-target嫌疑的技术？没有证据表明，abp1-c1 是否影响到其它target，
尽管回交了一下；然后，他们也提到可能有紧密连锁的其它突变（off-target所致）无
法清掉，所以就筛了另一个（非Cas）突变abp1-TD1。乖乖，也没有表型，但是同样无
法证明abp1-TD1影响了其它基因。反正，两种可能都有：以前的结果被他们认为是off-
target造成，别人也可以说，你们现在的结果也没法排除这个可能性，那发出来干嘛？
等以后第三方再来“纠正”？就为了数文章数？本来，他们吧 abp1-c1 和abp1-TD1杂
交的F1 表型验证一下，对于排除可能的off-target也稍微更有说服力一些（如果这些
影响是隐性的）。
－－验证负结果跟正结果不一样。至少他们证明了基因不表达（我对此存疑），但植物
没有表型。off target导致负负得正的机会有多大呢？他们至少做了abp1-c1跟WT回交

At least in two instances, the killers, not a chemist at all or doing
anything related to inorganic chem research, got it from chemical
stores or on-line sellers.
严格控制 apparently is not bullet-proof.
Thallium never immediately kills in slightly above lethal dose.
It is a slow and painful process, but if recognized early,
recovery is 100%. |
