的表型，因为存在另一个基因，或通路什么的，可做功能补充。只有当两条通路都断掉
，个体马上灭掉。

基因上有突变，如果用genome-wide RNAi screen出另一个基因，当这个基因被RNAi之
后，它跟Ras 的mutation一起导致synthetic lethal。那么，如果能针对这个基因给药
，只有癌细胞（含ras mutation）会死亡，正常的细胞的单基因RNAi则不会导致死亡。
用这种方法，巧妙的区别了癌细胞和非癌细胞。很聪明的idea。 |
