最近感觉后腰疼，尿频繁，差不多一个小时3次，而且小便很黄。
1月24去ER检查结果如下：
Leukocyte Esterase, Urine 2+ A ( Reference Range: NEG - )
Urine Protein, Qual Trace A ( Reference Range: NEG -)
WBC, Urine 6 H (Reference 0-5)
RBC, Urine 3 H (Reference 0-2)
Bacteria, Urine Moderate A ( Reference Range: NONE -)
Mucus, Urine Rare A ( Reference Range: NONE - )
Squamous Epithelial Cells, Urine 5 ( Reference Range: 0-5)
家庭医生给我开了药，好像是复方新诺明，治疗泌尿系统感染的，吃了10天了，尿液中

very high with left shift, then consider bacterial infection and then add
antibiotics. But if CBC do not show any sign of bacterial infection, then
consider virus infection and go ahead with LP.
The case usually give out the very obvious result and clinical symptoms plus
signs for us to differentiate the bacteria or virus infection.
They do not want us to give antibiotics without any thought. |

Also, how do we tell if we need to do head ct before LP? For those two cases
, both of them didn't have the signs for elevated intracranial pressure. But
the bacterial case ordered head CT. The other one didn't.

标 题: 30多岁，尿潜血八年，右肾偏小，请问是肾病吗？

我现在30+，女，八年前得过数次UTI，后回国查出尿潜血1+，还有两次尿检尿蛋白1+。
看过中西医，中医认为是肾病早期，开了很多补肾的药，没敢吃；西医认为没有严重的
浮肿症状，就没什么，把我打发了。
回美后做了膀胱镜（应该不是尿道镜，感觉探头没进入那么深，一下就做完了），没有
结石，肾部B超也没结石。从那时起，所有尿检都有潜血1+，跟月经期没关系；某次潜
血达2+，还有少量leukocytes，另一次尿检还有trace ketone。。
13年上半年做妇科B超时，B超师发现我虽然上了厕所觉得排空了，膀胱里还有些尿，这
是尿滞留吗？13年下半年做体检B超，发现右肾9.5厘米，左肾10.5厘米，没有肾积水，
这边的医生认为正常。

dilated.
impression里描述：
1: interval development of mild right -sided pelvocaliectasis. Differential
considerations include obstructive uropathy and reflux. No urolithiasis
identified by sonography.
2:small 60+ml postvoid residual
3:otherwise unchanged and within normal limits.

心posterior urethral valve，所以一般建议首次UTI就做VCUG。不过不急，看看cfu，
看看leukocyte esterase, nitrites.
