属于level 1就是entry level。我的case还有一个问题就是我已经做了6年了，为什么
还在level 1？我律师的strategy就是说工资的标准是劳工部制定的而不属于移民局的
范畴，所以关键我觉得应该是劳工部的那份证明。其他就我知道律师没有从我或公司这
边拿起它资料，本来我想问问律师还准备了什么，结果打电话去问，律师已经提交了，
我就听天由命了，幸好结果还不错。

1.5门不算多，entry level考5门我是没有听说过over qualify.可能会拿这个理由拒你
，但这往往不是真正拒你的原因。以前公司来我原来学校招人的vp说你现在考几门都不
算多（我当时4门），前段时间刚刚面试了几个同学，也都是5门，4门考试。再说国人
communication,身份都是劣势，不多考及门显示你实力，凭啥招你啊。
2.location对entry level超重要.反正我们公司基本不会面非local entry level
candidate,费时费力，别人还不一定来。而且entry level本来水平也差不太多。最好
去保险公司多的地方招。
3.PHD还是有优势的，我最近也面了个phd,虽然才考了2门，不过大家都觉得他既然是
phd,就觉得technique没有什么问题，不会的东西学一下肯定也快，面试就是面的
behavior,然后水过了。主要要让convince别人你想成为精算师。 |

大家好，最近在准备H1B申请的事情，才发现头很大！真应该早早做调查，现在很抓狂啊
我去年博士毕业，就在一家小化学公司工作，职位是R&D chemist。现在申请H1B，才发
现基本工资只够申请level one! 把bonus加进去勉强够level 2. 上星期和上司商量一
下，极不情愿调工资啊， 怎么办啊？申请LCA只能用base salary啊， 能直接申请
level 1 吗？
还有， HR问我那个I-129表的选项，controlled technology export license
required 那项， 她也不清楚是什么。我公司就是苦逼的普通化学公司。在哪里可以查
到需不需要这个license啊？

R里面用tobit model来给这组数据fit一个linear model，但是找了半天只看到有个
VGAM可以做tobit模型，但是只能接受constant censor level，请问有没有人知道其他

可是有朋友说，本科/硕士才是entry level的，博士可以找ENTRY LEVEL，也
可以找SENIOR的那种。他说的对么？
还是每个公司不同？

不过entry level的情况确实挺多的，就个人情况而言，两个是entry level，另外一个
是junior level，其实实质都差不多。他们还是会training你的。 |

在一小公司干了6年的board level design, 从archetecture到画schematic 到
prototype bring up. lead了大大小小几十个产品 大到 10 个卡的 Ethernet base
modeler system, 小到 简单的 2口 Ethernet media converter。 最近和老板闹翻想
换工作， 本以为挺好找的， 结果一看原来没几个公司要作board level人的。6年白混
了。。。。。。。。。。 靠。
