Garden City （南面来说比较贵）, Merrick, Bellmore, Wantagh, Massapequa都很好，nice neiborhood with very decent schools, 而且坐LIRR很方便，40分钟左右到penn station.
East Meadow（中国人相对较多）, Bethpage, Levittown更便宜点，也还行,不过east
meadown和levittown没有自己的火车站。 |

本報記者李璐紐約報道：生存在法拉盛有價無市房地產市場和長島高檔房屋頻繁現金售
出的夾縫中，年輕一代購房者則大多遷出法拉盛，將目標鎖定在長島平價一家庭別墅。
長島東草原、Levittown以及East Garden City一帶最受年輕人喜愛。
從業30年的地產經紀Chard Cao稱，隨著大陸客將投資眼光轉向美國，法拉盛投資購房
的不再限於有錢人，借錢買房坐等升值的人數也在不斷上升。由於投資法拉盛的買家炒
熱了房價，不諳英文的老移民將繼續留守，年輕一代購房者則將逐漸遷出，法拉盛房產
市場將逐漸轉型為以租房為主。
據他介紹，坐落於法拉盛王子街的富頓廣場一號公寓樓內43套單位中中國買家佔近半席
位，而同屬高檔小區的天景豪苑也有三成為中國買家所有。在最近幾年時間中，中國購
房者中為了投資而購房的比例大大增加，很多公寓單位甚至出現售房交易還沒完成，就
有租戶排隊的現象。他指出，不諳英文或已經在法拉盛擁有房產的老移民很難遷出這個
集商業、餐飲、購物為一體的華人圈子，而想要獲得高品質生活、有意融入主流社會的

位置在Levittown, 可以搜索 Hempstead Turnpike & RT-107看到大致位置。 这个三室
两厅，客厅和三个卧室，厕所在二楼，厨房连同饭厅在一楼，有两个独立的出入。面积
很大（别问我到底多少，我没量过，不过确实很大）。楼上全部地毯，餐厅地板。交通
很方便，周围步行距离就有Target, Pathmark,Stop&Shop, KFC, Subway, Taco Bell,
Boston Market, RiteAid, Blockbuster, McDonalds，还有一个中学，有trace可以锻
炼。离火车站大概几分钟的车程。
屋主是台湾来的老夫妇，爱台湾也爱中国，比我还拥护统一。人是超级好，如果不是因
为工作原因要relocation，真的是长住的好机会。房钱要的不多，包括全部utilities
。可以共享上网，虽然效果不是特别好。
另外，老夫妇要求房客是中国人，会说国语，哈哈哈哈。 |
