implementing gender-neutral housing.
The Law: "if nay man and woman, not being married to each other, shall lewdy
and lasciviously associate, bed and cohabit together, they shall be guilty
of a Class 2 misdemeanor". The maximum punishment for a class 2 misdemeanor
in North Carolina is between 30 days and six months of imprisonment. |
