[New Course]
We have been running at LGCT for a while now. This labor day weekend, let's
try something different. We will run Steven's Creek Trail in Mountain View.
Try something new!

3. 不论男女老少，速度快慢，参加二次跑步活动后才可以申请加入会员专区。

qualified to be your pacer. We all run just under 2h. (feline too?)
For me slow down is easy, to speed up is another story. If you guys want to
do a long run on the LGCT. I'm up for it.

half moon bay的也可以
喜欢自虐的，woodside的山路（不过没法一起跑，只能串一串跑）和dish都有够bt
SF的greathighway我蛮喜欢的

I think LGCT does not have many branches so it should be easy to find them
if you know their pace and plan, but i might be wrong. |

distance: 6-14 miles out back
please join the early batch at 7am sharp if you want to run 12 miles or more,
or if you prefer late, please come at 8am to catch the second wave. let's
try to finish before 9am, because Saturday is a hot day.

always drive 1 hour for our group run. you can also try to find some option
in between so that you can drive a little less.

park is too hard to find a parking unless you get there really early.
I will leave after Argentina game and try to meet you folks at campbell park
around 9am after run. |

plenty of parkings on the road along the parking, and also the road next..
you can drive through and turn right at the end of gilman to another road.
I never start at willow st.. is there a parking lot or just street parking?

昨天trail上人真是多，好几个group.声势最浩大的是一个叫San Jose Fit的组织。 |

偶们妈咪团队到底没能决心跟6:30的那拨出发，改成7点。
三人一行以很放松的pace开跑。一边跑，一边聊娃，聊after school，兴趣班....
LGCT是我第一次跑半马距离的地方，很有感情。
一直跑到6迈，刚好6点半的队伍追上了我们。
折回去，我就跟上blogrance一起跑。他们跑16迈，10迈9分pace run。我想跟4迈应该
可以吧。winndixie和vasona嫌我太慢，先走一步。blogrance很耐心的跟我说，没事，
不用太快，一路陪我一起跑。
一会儿，在后面跟其他几个跑伴聊了一会儿天的cole也追上来了。我们的pace也明显被
带快了一些。
返程5迈pace：（返程是下坡，所以有作弊嫌疑）
9:57 (去掉开始停下来聊天的一段，估计在9:30之内吧)

最后一迈cool down。（cole追上了vasona，两个人又互相push了一段。我们追上了走
路cool down的winndixie）
确实老了，avg 154，以前long run都在166左右。max也才172。

it has so many water fountain and bathroom, it's so lovely for long run.
i didn't see any bathroom along the stevens creek trail or baylands ...
to me, anything more than 13 mile i will make sure there is a bathroom on
the road, u know, i have a issue... |

行动说话，形成了鲜明的对比。
这对湾区众跑友是不公平的。我以己度人，我错了！
很多刻苦的村民大家比较熟悉，比如miyami，lken，cives，julian，xiaolong
我来介绍一下湾区的新星吧：
瓦哥：芝马首马，大家还不熟悉。今天就BQ了。有强大的ultra做积淀，因为喜欢LGCT
，就买下一幢房子方便跑步。瓦哥不光自己能跑，还给group带来牛人若干。
Larry：瓦哥文里已经介绍了，关键词：20年前sub-3，BQ线3:30，带伤，最后几迈走，
3h15m。在track上跑步超级好看！！（两眼冒红心花痴状）trail上跑太快，我从来没
看到过。
Stanley：刻苦训练，减重BQ，湾区新兴头牌。今天没能来CIM，期待以后更多的集体跑！
Paff：paff不算新人，可是绝对是耀眼的新星。也属于低调型。Nike negative split
，当时就觉得他跑的太轻松。CIM训练到后期，听从瓦哥教导，提高速度，才发现这位
