rate by 0.1 one step until the pressure is stable(eg 1.0-0.9-0.8-0.7...).

所以我认为对应着不同size的population，就是个相对值，和质谱峰强度的意义差不多。
关于2：我自己的经验（不是很丰富，只测过我自己的一个样品，供参考）。我用的是
DMSO做流动相，也是考虑到标样选择的问题，我查了文献，这样的体系的确不多，不过
有人用dextran 或者pullulan做标样，其实这两种标样一般是用于水相GPC的，考虑到
他们的极性也都比较大（聚糖），应该还是有对比价值的。最后我用了detran，我实际
上是用它作为一个对比样品（因为我们只有一个分子量的样品），并非严格意义的标样
。GPC系统的标定其实还是用的PS（THF流动相），然后测了那个detran（DMSO流动相w/
1g/L LiBr），结果和标签值吻合，我也就据此认为用这个体系测我的样品数据是可靠

如果你的micelle有charge，比如PAA，那么DMF里需要加些LiBr，否则PAA很有可能把在
柱子上下不来。不知道你为什么要用GPC表征micelle。。。 |

我提过为什么我们的DMF不加LiBr？是不是加盐的作用就是中和poly electrolyte？

SCANNER DARKLY,用的漫画效果，类似CHARLES SCHWAB广告那种，有点儿意思，讲的是
未来年间，反毒品警察在加州ANAHEIM生活战斗的故事，故事说巧妙吧，你也能大概猜
出来，不爽的是最后还告诉你猜对了。现在看多了无疾而终的片子反而对这类最后给个
交代的故事不习惯了。
还有LADY IN THE WATER，我看个开头，觉得那个女的太丑就没再看下去。没办法，你
要在飞机上犬了七八个小时以后，你也就想看个对感官有点儿刺激的了。
NACHO LIBRE，实在没多大意思，和他上个SCHOOL OF ROCK比差远了。
韩航的电影是ON DEMAND的，有三四十个电影供选择，比其他航空公司的强很多，我印
象里好像就VIRGIN ATLANTIC也是这样，飞大陆其他几个航线都是循环播放。
下飞机我眼睛都绿了，小时候看通宵也没这么干过，呵呵。 |

我一直坚持跟朋友们说，环球旅行不牛逼。洋人年轻的时候都干过，咱中国人严谨，比
他们考虑的事儿多。要说牛逼，我觉得我们能把工作辞了出门旅行，还算是个牛逼的事
儿。但这不还把房子留着呢麽。也有朋友指出，一件事能准备两年，有始有终，算牛逼
。我只好含笑，默认了。
转眼就到了出发的日子，各家的饭都吃了个遍。再不走，人家也不答应了。真走了，我

起源于古巴，应该跟卡斯特罗的革命有关
随着拉丁文化传播到世界各地，
加上调法简单，估计每个调酒师都会调
具体方法如下：
1/8朗姆酒＋7/8可口可乐＋冰块＋少量柠檬汁
如果朗姆酒没有，威士忌也行，可乐换成雪碧什么的也没关系
比例也可以按个人口味而定，
自由古巴么，调法当然比较自由。
特点是清凉酸甜并蕴有白兰地的香味，喝起来非常爽口
适合夏季或者跳舞的时候饮用。
推薦酒款
1. Bacardi，Light，1862年，自西班牙移民古巴的該品牌創始者
首度將當時原本極粗獷強烈的Rum，成功賦予了細緻、柔和的嶄新風貌，因之相對使Bac
