与欧洲的经贸关系有持久受损风险。
在周二（15日）出版的意大利日报《Il Giornale》中卡扎菲表示：“我们将抗争
，我们将获胜。那种情况只会让利比亚人民更加团结。”他还驳斥了世界大国对利比亚
设禁飞区要求及对该国空袭的可能。
当被问及他与贝鲁斯科尼的关系，卡扎菲答道：“我太震惊了，我感觉自己被背叛
了，我都不知道要向贝鲁斯科尼说什么。”贝鲁斯科尼过去曾是卡扎菲在欧洲最紧密的
盟友。
卡扎菲还表示法国总统萨科齐“精神失常”。萨科齐已正式承认利比亚国内反抗力
量建立的利比亚国家委员会（Libyan National Council），并呼吁对利比亚实施针对
性空袭。
他在采访中称，欧洲对于他的批评已经威胁到利比亚与欧洲的关系。他对该报表示
：“对于欧洲友人的态度，我备感震惊。他们已经破坏或威胁到一系列符合其利益的重
大安全协议和经济合作。” |

all of Libya to try to halt Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi's mounting attacks
against rebel positions.
The resolution states that "all necessary means" can be used to enforce the
no-fly zone. Flights to provide humanitarian aid, medicine or for
evacuations are exempt.
The vote was 10 for, none against and five abstentions. |
