看Bowen自己的回忆1947年Marine的分队在一个秦皇岛的营地被共军包围了，共军要求
他们投降，Marine坚持了一晚上后成功撤离。有少数Marine之前出去喝啤酒被共军俘虏。
Bowen他们夜里挖了很多散兵坑，其中一个挖到了一箱子骨头，但夜里很吓人他们就把
箱子又埋上了。
1941年太平洋战争开始前北京协和医院把北京人头盖骨的箱子给撤离的Marine带走，运
往秦皇岛计划上米国军舰，但期间战争爆发，军舰搁浅，Marine成了日军俘虏，头盖骨
箱子下落不明。后来看估计是被仓促埋在了秦皇岛的营地 （Camp Holcomb）。

区反对SCA5的两位候选人Barry Chang (D) vs Chuck Page (R) 在华人中的选票分配
Barry处于略势，选情分析显示两位候选人均落后于支持SCA5的Evan Low (D)，如果
Barry Chang初选第三名出局，Chuck Page 11月大选面对 Evan Low 仍然处于相当的略
势，选情严峻。
要想赢得这次选举必须要大幅提高华人投票率到80%以上，使得Chuck Page 和 Barry
Chang 同时进入前两名，我们的估算是，如果能够在一个星期内新增加一万人注册投票
，Barry和Chuck各分得5000票，两人就极有可能同时超过Evan Low，虽然三人的选票差
距并不大，但是容易在两次选举中被各个击破。

涉及流体无粘绕流和粘性流动。无粘绕流包括低速流、跨声速流、超声速流等；粘性流
动包括湍流、边界层流动等。在航空工程领域，计算流体力学有着广泛的用途。
20世纪60年代，为弥补理论分析方法的不足，计算流体力学发展了起来，并相应地形成
各种数值解法。计算流体力学、理论流体力学、实验流体力学是流体力学研究工作的三
种主要手段，相辅相成。理论分析为实验和计算研究提供依据；实验为数值研究提供数
据并验证计算结果；数值模拟则是特殊意义下的实验。计算流体力学在研究工作上具有
很大优势。数值模拟具有更大的自由度和灵活性，可以进行“物理实验”不可能或很难
进行的实验，因而经济效益明显。计算流体力学主要包括数学建模、数值计算方法和计
算机技术等三个方面。数学建模是在实验观察的基础上，通过对流场物理本质的深入理
解和分析，建立起描述流场的合理模型。数值计算方法用来求解这些数学模型。计算机

据藤田茂1954年8月笔供，他1889年生于日本广岛县。1938年8月到中国山西参加侵
华战争，任陆军骑兵第28联队大佐联队长。1945年3月任第43军第59师团中将师团长。
1945年8月在朝鲜咸兴被俘。
重要罪行有：
1938年8月，在山西河津逮捕住民6名，“讯问这些被逮捕的人民时使用拷问、殴打
等方法手段且杀害了”。
1938年11月，在山西运城东北40公里的三路李村，“搜索屠杀了多数三路李村住民
”。
1939年1月中旬，在山西安邑县张良村，“对军官全体教育说‘为使兵习惯于战场

侵香港，這是我們的憂慮。」和黃前董事總經理馬世民（Simon Murray）在一次報章專
訪中這樣說。一直以來，親北京的公眾人物和報章評論，甚至一般市民，都質疑英國為
何百年來都不給香港民主，要到1984年《聯合聲明》簽署，香港前途確定以後，「才大
搞民主」。其實，只要稍讀英帝國歷史，就知道在二次大戰結束後，英國在絕大部份殖
民地，都實行政治改革，逐步建立由當地公民普選產生的政府，以達至獨立（如馬來西
亞），或自治（如1959年的新加坡、今日的直布羅陀）。這裏所講的自治（Self-
Government），是指除了國防外交，有時還包括內部保安繼續由英國負責外，所有事務
都交由當地民選政府全權處理。
可是，為何香港會成唯一的例外呢？近日《明報》和《蘋果日報》均就著英國最新解密
的檔案，做專題報導，而筆者在數年前，也因研究所需，在英國國家檔案館翻閱有關
1950至70年代初香港的檔案，結果發現當時的英國高層官員，一致認為若英國讓香港人
