在上海呆得不久，六七年过去了，还很迷恋那里的美食，在众多好吃的里面最让我魂牵
梦绕的当然就是南翔馒头了，也就是小笼汤包。南翔馒头店有鲜肉小笼和蟹粉小笼，还
有插着吸管吃的蟹黄汤包，据说那是从鼎鼎大名的靖江大汤包修改而来。我这次就先试
试蟹黄加蟹粉的小汤包。
先来个螃蟹大合唱
从唐人街买回来的活Dungeon crab和Blue crab.正经的蟹黄汤包要大闸蟹，可惜美国买
不到，而且只有blue crab有母的卖，所以只能用它们的蟹黄凑合下了。
抠出来的蟹黄和蟹肉，看起来还满像那么回事。
调料：葱末、姜末、料酒各5g，盐、香醋各2g，白胡椒粉1g，油10g。
锅里放油，烧至三成热，放入葱末、姜末炒香，将蟹肉和蟹黄捣碎导入锅里，翻炒至出
蟹油，加料酒、盐、白胡椒粉调味，出锅前盘淋上香醋，即可。

, don't know the make) skidded to the on coming traffic and landed in a
ditch. People found them dead inside the mangled car the next morning. Could
they be alive if the car was safer? I don't know.

Taiwan, I have lieved in US for a quarter century. Never havin gbeen to
China, I do not know the custom there. Having left Taiwan and not returned
even for a visit, I know little about custom in Taiwan, either. Besides,
full disclosure, I disown all my clan, most of whom choose to live there (
many of whom US granted immigration visas but instead declined--that is why
US quota for Taiwanese immigration are never filled).

我做东西很不习惯每种材料精确到克，觉得太麻烦了，大概差不多那个比例就好啦。
1. 四色冰皮的做法：
Step 1: 固体粉末/ 液体混合物 = 1:1;
固体粉末: 糯米粉/大米粉/澄粉 = 4:3:2;
液体混合物: (椰汁or 红酒 or 芒果汁 or 抹茶溶液)/白砂糖/色拉油 = 4:2:1
将固体粉末混合均匀，像下毛毛雨一样筛入液体混合物，还要用打蛋器不停的搅拌液体
。一定不能反过来操作，把液体哗啦一下倒进固体 |

我也来凑热闹了，以前都做冰皮的，今年第一次做广式月饼，不是很成功，不过好歹花
了这么些功夫，总结下和众foodie分享经验也是不错的。
我早早的就发给好友邀请，来家喝茶吃月饼，其实心里真是一点底也没。做好了虽然皮
塌了，但是馅料做的扎实，味道还是没让大家失望。
广式的：
莲蓉蛋黄，栗子蓉蛋黄，火腿玫瑰花馅
冰皮的：
抹茶奶黄，红酒紫薯奶酪，椰奶蛋奶酪抹茶巧克力
先介绍广式的吧：
饼皮按照本版大牛小婕mm的方子，关于转化糖浆，我动手晚了，来不及现熬了，在网上
搜到了英国的蔗糖转化糖浆Lyle's Golden Syrup, amazon有卖，就买来偷了个懒，
也不知是不是这糖浆导致的塌皮。可是我觉得糖浆看起来很诱人，作出的月饼味道也正
。估计还是我什么别的地方没弄好。

Jesus died for all. This "special grace" is for all mankind. Whosoever be
lieve in the name of Jesus Christ will be saved. This is the basic institut

离中秋还有两周的时间，现在做的冰皮月饼是撑不到那个时候的，基本上三四天内就要
吃掉，不然口感就很差了。我这么早做个尝试，跟大家分享一下经验和教训，希望能为
大家做出更美观美味的冰皮月饼提供些参考，算是抛砖引玉啦。
先上个图，一共四种口味：
红酒皮紫薯莲蓉；椰奶皮抹茶奶黄；绿茶皮莲蓉抹茶；芒果皮莲蓉蛋黄。
材料准备：
糯米粉，大米粉（粘米粉），澄粉，白砂糖，绿茶粉，紫薯，莲蓉，鸡蛋，黄油，色拉
油，椰汁，牛奶，红酒，芒果汁，咸鸭蛋。
我做东西很不习惯每种材料精确到克，觉得太麻烦了，大概差不多那个比例就好啦。
1. 四色冰皮的做法：
Step 1: 固体粉末/ 液体混合物 = 1:1;

勉强看[步步惊心]看到20集，真是被堵心坏了。
今天又打开33集看，又被彻底雷翻了。
这个女生穿越回清朝，倒是学的很快，什么奴才规矩、下跪，那叫一个利索。
为了在宫中生存，这个也就理解了。
最受不了是在几个阿哥之间游走，游刃有余。
开始爱着老八，却又和老四搞暧昧。
勾引亲姐的老公，勾引到了又说不愿分享，拒不下嫁。
跟老八断也断的不干净，腻腻歪歪。
最震撼的是跟老四谈心，老四说理解若曦和老十和十三的情谊。然后两人就拉手。
这古人的气度真不是盖的，比小心眼紧防小三的现在人先进不止一点点。
后来中间就看不下去了，怎么跟老四的孩子没了，跟老四决裂了睁眼就说要嫁十四？
这是神马事情？
