随着与chuck越来越多的接触与交流，对他有了更深一步的了解，他为选民服务的信念
，更让我刮目相看。从Chuck 一再坚持的事情中我感受到林肯所宣扬的“government
of the people, by the people,for the people".
他的坚持之一是for the people. Chuck 与我们谈话中经常讲到不喜欢候选人的sign
上写着Vote DEM xxx or Republican xxx字眼。他认为那种竞选不是为了人民，是为了
政党。我终于明白了他不愿意在他竞选宣传单上加上Vote for Republican Candidate
Chuck Page。我们一再告诉他发宣传单时，选民尤其亚裔总是会问Chuck是不是共和党
；在我们一再强烈要求下，也只是在不显眼地方加上lifelong Republican. 他这次出
来选州众议员不是为了选而选是想为选民做点事，想解决加州问题。他的宗旨是people
first。

Glad we got the first win of the season and my first win as a Hornet against
Chicago!! We played a consistent game through all four quarters and started
with getting stops which transferred to unselfish offense. That has to be
our recipe to win games this year!
Needless to say our first three games of the season were disappointing, but
everybody on our team still believes we have a chance to be a really good
