如果有小孩子最好，可以和我孩子一起滑，老胳膊老腿的有点跟不上他们了。
我有SEASON PASS，LIFT免费，RENTAL可以在那租，也可以在Pelican租。如果有时间，
也可以在哪儿住一晚。用我的SEASON PASS，ROOM很便宜。

应该有效。
就是说一组squat完(算1分钟一组)，休息大概10－30秒，然后继续。或者做别的。做30
次。

今年病得在床上躺了两个月，我这才意识到健康的重要性。
第一阶段的1.5 months' warmup 已经完成： 每周羽毛球四次，游泳2 次， 每天8
mintues abs，搭配高蛋白的饮食. 现在精神状态和睡眠达到这两年最好的状态，体重
也从100 lb 涨到105 lb.
下一阶段， 开始Abercronbie workout的第一个section.
昨天order 了一套DUMBBELL， 这辈子第一次要weight lifting 啦。。。

来之后，不太敢放下去。看了不少视频，都说要把Weight贴着大腿放到膝盖的时候再开
始弯腿，但老是怕这个过程中伤到腰。
Low back一直不太好，怕DL强腰不成先毁腰。是不是要deload一下，练动作先？而且硬
拉的时候，Bar应该在小腿的什么位置？
大牛有啥经验介绍下？ |
