1)炎症是身体对抗伤痛的自然反应,是身体自我修复过程的正常症状;
2)药物消除炎症,同时也抑制了身体的自我修复过程,反而不利于伤痛的恢复;
3)消炎药不能明显提高比赛成绩。
根据这篇文章的说法,我觉得ibuprofen或Advil最大的效果可能是止痛(类似麻醉剂,
消除或削弱大脑对疼痛的感受)。疼痛要求人不要过度使用身体;大脑不觉得疼了,就
会继续正常(其实是超量)使用身体。后果可能是短时间内保持了成绩,但加速了肌肉
撕裂,伤病加重。
我英语不太好,英语好的可以再总结一下。

partial tear, actually the swelling you have now is what keeps you knee from
twisting and tearing the ligament completely, and pain-killers might not be
such a good idea, because it numbs your ability to feel pains, and thus

meniscus. ACL is not well visualized and is chronically completely torn.
I have been skiing without ACL for at least 3 years? WTF... guess I am
going to take easy about resort skiing and avoid bumps and landing. still
willing to be on powder and i feel powder is good for knee:)

早上准备运动不充分,不小心在第二个350米蹬壁时可能右膝扭着使劲,轻微拉伤。自己
诊断是右膝盖下的韧带(patellar ligament)拉伤。后面蹬壁和打水都不敢太用力。所
以比上次慢。
现在积极养伤。虽然不痛,还是有些不适。看看明天怎么样。 |

players do a lot of cross training because to play at that level you are
putting quite a bit more stress on your joints and ligaments. If you just
play tennis really really hard all the time, maybe you'll end up with a bad
injury even before reaching 5.0. You need to spend plenty of time doing
regular strength and core training as well... It's a lot of dedication.

我的screw是Titanium的,不知道会不会有什么问题,听医生说graft tendon会
长到骨头上,重新构成ligament,但不知道这个过程有多久。。。但如果新的韧带长成
之后,那个Titanium screw在那会不会碍事?不知道专业运动员都是用的塑料的还是金
属的呢?

polymer的。polymer的也有它的问题

I have both. This limits the movement quite a bit.
It depends on where the pain is around the kneels. The first one is for "
jumper's kneel", where the pain is from the ligament in the front below the
kneel cap.
I don't quite understand how such a simple strap works, but it does! |

打排球有五年了,来美后第一年左膝就ACL(anterior cruciate ligament,前交叉韧带
)撕裂,可惜学校医院医生二,没查出来,拖了一年去了运动医院才查出来,做了ACL重
建。现在术后十四周,半蹲、小跑都没问题,能恢复到跑得比较慢的自由人的水平,目
前还不太敢起跳。
总结一下手术的损伤部位:
半月板切去大约20%
新的ACL
hamstring有一条腱切去用来补ACL
想问一下,版上有没有人像我这么不幸地做过ACL重建?这个样子以后能恢复到什么水
平?

i never broke 20 in my life...
there are two aspects to strength training, max strength and endurance.
big number with pull up and dip only help with endurance, not much with your
max pull/press strength...
of course you can increase the speed of doing it (or weighted) to increase
you max or increase leverage, for instance, single arm
increment of max strength needs stronger tendon/ligaments, not just bigger muscle... sometimes it is harder to train than endurance |

do too many too often, ligaments in your palm will 炎症
low reps with 5RM is good to develop max strength without much bulking (if
you have decent muscle mass before)
8+ RM and high reps is good to develop muscle size. |

Doc. said to ice and take anti-inflammatory, make it not swollen first.
Then you can start to rehab, with physical therapy, basically a set of
exercise to restrengthen the ligament.
You are young and should heal soon.
