分子内两个激发态(LUMO+1和LUMO)之间的electronic coupling,用以推断之间相互转
化的rate。可以说是从反应物(LUMO+1)到产物(LUMO)的变化,但两个态是在同一个
分子上面。另外,从cube图已经知道,这两个态基本上是localized on该分子内不同的
ligand上面。所以我想这个和spades说的两种情况可能都相关。spades多打点字吧。。。
其实我对计算化学基本上属于学龄前状态,是我的项目要用到,然后老板让我们组一个
计算化学幼儿园阶段的同学来帮我,他效率实在太慢,等不下去了,就想到来这儿问问
。dragon 说的CI和MCSCF我不了解,我去跟他传达一下,看他知不知道。
还有dragon提到别的软件,有哪些软件可以去看看。where to start? 非常感谢! |

加上 Ir(COD)Cl dimer,活化一下后使用的。
我按照hartwig的文献,试了一下,不反应。
如果不preactivate, 我还能拿到一点产物,但是conversion比较低。
没有在dry box里操作,但是还是有Ar保护的。
不知道哪里出了问题?请做过的人指点一下 |

I think that steric effect is a major reason as you have a big aromatic
group AND a bulky alkyl group neighboring to the leaving group.
Proposed solutions:
1.Try lithium exchange to attack 4-X butylnitrile (X=I,Br,OTs etc);
2.Refer to Buchwald's Tetrahdron review paper to identify a specific
bidendate ligand that may work for you.
