不记得什么牌子，好象是ASA的，罩耳朵的垫子都不整齐了。结果爬高
的时候噪声很大，耳朵里一直丝丝的，不爽。塔台也听不清我在说什
么。我自己的耳机是LightSpeed里最便宜的QFRSolo—rebranded as
"Victor"，但是用起来还是很好的。不过昨天又订了个AV450，also
rebranded from LightSpeed,相当于QFRXCc，ANR的。希望它对于我这
种一年只飞50小时的人已经足够用了。

Although I've not tried Bose before so I don't know the difference.
For 50hour/year pilot like me, it's more than good enough. It costs
less than $250. It's re-branded by a third party although everything

我的第一个LightSpeed耳机，PassiveNR的。在小飞机上用的时候，塔台
总是说我的话杂音太大。后来终于发现该耳机的话筒电路中有个桥式整
流器，用来防止不同飞机上耳机电路的极性不同的。把它拿掉了，跟塔
台讲话杂音没了。
但是第二个LightSpeed耳机，ActiveNR的。同样跟塔台讲话时，塔台说
听不清我说什么，虽然我自己听得清楚。但是电路打开来看，太复杂，不
知道里面的线路是干嘛的。有谁有这方面的经验？

今天讲的题目是“后发劣势”，这个题目也许不太适合很多人的口味，因为现
在国内都在讲“后发优势”。我讲的后发劣势在西方研究的人也不多，有一位过世
的经济学家叫沃森，他在财政联邦主义、政治经济学等领域很有建树，“后发劣势
”概念就是他提出来的。他提出的英文名称叫“Curse To The Late Comer”，就
是“对后来者的诅咒”。他的意思就是
说，落后国家由于发展比较迟，所以有很多东西可以模仿发达国家。模仿有两种形
式，一种是模仿制度，另一种是模仿技术和工业化的模式。由于是后发国家，所以

选startup的办法其实还是很容易的。楼主明显有follow techcrunch和vb。Andreessen
Horowitz，Accel，Lightspeed，Greylock，Sequoia等等这些major player投了谁，
投了那几个方向，为什么投。如果能搞清楚这些，选公司其实很容易的。还是看自己兴

在圣荷西被警方逮捕。圣克拉拉的负责警官表示，吴京华将以3项谋杀罪被起诉。
吴京华曾就职于硅谷的高科技公司SiPort Inc.担任负责产品测试工作的工程师，于周
五上午被解雇。
警方说，吴京华于当天下午返回公司，要求和公司的几名负责人会面。在会面中，吴京
华掏出手枪打死了与会的全部3名负责人。
3名死者分别为该公司首席执行官、营业总裁和人事部经理。
