的炒菜锅子,是pre-season的
买回来以后,每天炒完菜,小心翼翼洗干净,然后擦干,放炉子上面烧干,然后马上在整个
锅子上抹上很多油. 每天第二天早上起来,往锅里望去,油还在,但是透过那层油,就看到
红色的铁锈. 哭死了,拼命洗,然后用毛巾擦干净,毛巾上面全是铁锈.就这么重复这个情
况用了超过一个月了,还是每天大把铁锈~~
崩溃了~~大家说说到底怎么回事,是这个锅子不好,还是我的步骤没有做好?

今天到手后，我开热水拿塑料刷子刷了下，没用任何洗涤剂，却越洗越“脏”，用厨房纸擦，一开始是黑色的，后来是黄色类似锈迹，怎么擦都擦不干净。赶紧上灶烘干涂了层油放着不敢妄动了，来求助先。

Pros:
- Lightweight for cast iron
- Durable and solidly constructed
- Large 13" rim on the top, much narrow on bottom
Cons:
- Coating on the inside surface to protect from oxidation, rusting rubs off
very easily
- If you haven't maintained cast iron cookware before, don't start here,
this wok is tons of maintenance
- After every use, requires soaking to loosen buildup at bottom of wok from

现在问题是,我发现锅底难洗,用了一段时间后,总有刷不掉的油污.虽然每次洗锅,锅底
都很认真的洗.我用其他锅也有这个问题.定期扔锅好象太浪费.
请大家推荐non toxic的清洁锅底的工具.
