几个月前的amex facebook‘link,like,love’，一直没收到应该拿到的credit。曾经
在purchase后的一个月联系amex facebook的customer service，几周后收到回信说会
在两周内收到credit。结果还是一直没有。现在联系amex facebook，开始就是不回信
，连着写了几封信，好容易回了，可是他们让我联系信用卡上的电话号码，但是信用卡
（fidelity）的customer service 根本就不管这个事儿。现在该怎么办？还有什么办
法或者途径能让amex管这个事儿吗？？
