limit is removed in 2010 from traditional IRA to roth IRA. Please help me
to confirm the following points:
1). If you have 401k or 403b at work, you can't get tax deduction from
traditional IRA unless you make < $109,000 (family).
2). If the family makes more than $160,000 (AGI?), you can't contribute
to Roth IRA.
3). In 2010, you can contribute to a non deductible IRA and convert to
Roth even without income limitation.

比如它家transection post很慢，payment post更慢，credit较低，这些都容易造成ov
er limit甚至是反复的over limit，或者miss minimum payment，然后银行就可以收各
种各样的finance charge。
PBS的frontline有一期关于cc的专题，看过以后觉得银行真是黑。幸好我们大部分版上

司并没有报credit bureau我的卡的
credit limit。credit bureau 好像是以highest balance作为参考。这样大额的
balance似乎可以降低debit-to-credit
ratio, 应该还有好处。
