两个网上好评如潮，每天爆满，很难定座, Linger更Popular。那天好不容易定了个
root down. 人真多，东西是真难吃，就不说吃啥了，反正前菜正餐都不好吃。 看来我
的口味和别人反差太大。 俩人100多包括几杯cocktail.以后不去了。 下次到Linger去
看看。 俩家同一个老板，不同主题。
4。巴西自助烤肉，downtown那家，Fogo还是什么的，版上看到了。
有salad bar和各种烤肉。味道还行吧，没有惊喜，就吃了一些Lamb Chop。牛排买好牛
肉,在家做更好吃。然后发现sam's的Lamb Chop, 20快。在家做俩人可以吃两顿，而且
味道更好。所以这家不打算去了。俩人花了200多包括一瓶红酒。 好象每个人头30多还
是40多。服务挺好，要了点辣调味，给我作了三样新鲜的辣酱，一个很好吃也很辣。

Main Street, Royal 去看电影，我希望看十三叉，张艺谋导演的，当然这种可以商量
。然后去吃饭，地点也可以商量，我觉得fuji buffet还不错，不过加上tip要差不多25
美元，稍贵。吃完饭可以去打牌，玩麻将，三国杀... 看电影之前我想去室外打网球，
目前就我和lingering参加。
目前有4个人，包括我在内:lingering, woodslilian, me, JQ? 如果还有想参加的，可
以跟帖，顺路的话，我不介意去接。以后有活动也可以来我家，就是稍远。 |

原因很简单，川菜用调料太重，很多菜上来都是一堆红辣椒、花椒什么的。以厚重的调
料压住了原材料的味道，比如鱼吃不出鱼鲜，鸡肉吃不出鸡香，很多时候猪肉、牛肉、
羊肉一烧味道都很类似 - 都是调料的味道。如果烹饪出来的都是调料而不是原料的味
道，其实这种做法是比较低档次的。
川菜品种很多，很受欢迎，价格也便宜 -- 原因就是他对原材料很不讲求，而调料大家
都知道是很便宜的。比如在国内小饭店，那些油炸的、用大量辣椒做的菜最好别吃，因
为即使是变质了的肉那么一做你也吃不出来。而饭店会把陈旧、要变质的肉直接扔了？
最好的方式就是油炸爆炒放大量调料。
粤菜相对是比较注重原材料和原汁原味的，不过不包括美国各大唐人街的美式粤菜，那
些在所有中国菜里面基本是最最劣等抵挡的 - 切的很大块的鸡肉/猪肉/牛肉加上什么
西兰花，小胡萝卜玉米一类，在放大量耗油酱，5分钟出锅，类似猪食。

最骗人的就是鱼翅、燕窝和鲍鱼这三样。
很多人会马上去找网上的数据证明这些里面有高蛋白一类的，问题是，你要蛋白质去吃
蛋白粉，要维生素去吃多元维生素，要补钙去吃钙片好了，饮食不是为了把这些东西吃
全，而且鱼翅、燕窝和鲍鱼的蛋白也不见得就比价格是它1/10的东西多到哪里去。说味
道，比如我用个清水煮碗鱼翅给你吃你大概要恶心死，还不是都靠鸡汤，我放粉丝在鸡
汤里味道一样鲜美。
燕窝就不谈了，居然还有白痴女人觉得吃燕窝“皮肤好”，真跟文盲一样。
还有广东的那煲汤文化更是基本等同于愚昧无知。首先煮了很久的汤很多营养其实已经
破坏了，还不如随便烧烧；其次很多药材一类的东西根本不适合乱七八糟的防着炖了吃
。大多数煲的汤还不如吃个宫保鸡丁有营养，喝一堆水下去还自我感觉良好。
没事乱炖汤，难怪广东人无论是长相还是身高都基本是全国垫底的。
