发帖数: 143 | 22 宝宝出生后不久就看到舌系带很考前。不过吸奶没有问题。跟PED反映了一下，他refer
到一个口腔科医生处。昨天看了医生，总结如下：医生觉得舌系带的却比较tight,不过
因为喂奶没有问题，所以没有立刻要剪的urgency。医生说现在说是否会影响说话还言
之尚早（2月），剪于不剪由家长决定。没有问题的话，剪了就白挨一刀。可是如果有
问题的话太晚剪就要上麻药，而且可能还要speech therapy. 不过即使等也可能要很长
时间才知道是不是有speech problem（因为孩子说话一开始都不是很准，很难说是不是
结舌）。
和老公商量了一下，还是决定剪。因为我小时候就剪了，老公的舌系带也很紧。还有就
是即使中英文都没有问题，如果孩子长大了想修俄文，系带紧也会影响发音（长大了反
而不好剪，手术大不说，剪完后要therapy矫正已经学会的语言）。虽然说孩子学俄文
几率小，不过麻烦还是能免则免吧。
过程很简单，老公和我按手按脚，助理护士固定头，医生拿把小剪刀，用手指把舌头抬
起来，两下就剪了。剪以前以后涂了点消毒水。然后就让我胸喂，说没问题（不知是不

lip and chin developed numbness, which was worse in tongue. Now 8-9 months
later, my chin almost went back to normal, not quite true with my tongue. I

is simply not ture. It has more to do with the willingness to communicate
and how hard the child find it to commuicate verbally. |

sort of thing. What is found out is that the TOTAL words a kid can learn at
their earliest ages is the SAME. So if you put your kids in kindergarden,
they are learning Chinese, English and even your dialect words.
So they may speak later than other kids because they learned fewer words in
One language (English or Chinese), but they acutally have the same
competence if you count other words.

dialect is also a language.
Considering this, the boy is quite advanced in speech. My son is one month
younger and only has half of the vocabulary. We took him to a neurologist
when he was 19 month, and the doctor said he doesn't need a speech therapist. |

街上的美女多。我在CBD上班，每天看到大批的美女，各式裙装，eye candy. 美女们的
裙子要在美国绝对是不够professional -- 太短了，大多还没有袖子。不过新加坡的标
准也不一样吧。帅哥也很多，不过都同一着装，衬衣西装裤,
不够抢眼。
人人都是multi-lingual. 大多数的人至少说英语和一种本地语。我的一个同事说马来
，英语，普通话，粤语。牛！我也有学呀：maken maken, 哈哈。不过这样一来本地中
文就有好多掺杂，光听音可猜不出是啥： 你看 bah ku tee 是肉骨茶。Beat me!
天价月饼。四个一盒要50 朝上，还不是名牌的。饼的种类倒是很多，不过没见到苏式
鲜肉月饼。虽说美国月饼少， 20 一盒在超市还是没问题的。我还是等回国再吃吧。
出国旅游方便。随便飞哪都是出国。手续很好办。我爸妈要延期（30天的stay, 他们要
待两个月）， 网上就可一办，也不收费。我们去了马来和印尼，回头来写游记。
厕所没有抽风机。新加坡的公共卫生很好，可我惊奇的发现居然没有抽风机。于是我公
