列治文皇家骑警发言人林图尔(Annie Linteau)表示，参加旅行团前来卑诗省的55岁中国男子施铁男(Tienan Shi，译音)以及47岁中国籍女子吴丽萍(Liping Wu，译音)，最后一次在上月29日被人看见后便下落不明。她称两人住在列治文Sandman酒店，原定昨日结束旅程返回中国，但最后仍未出现，因此警方便发出相片唿吁市民协寻。
林图尔证实两人为夫妻关系，抵达加国后并未参加旅行团所安排的行程。警方在接到旅行社通报后，随即展开大规模的调查及寻人行动，但仍未能寻获两人，也无法确认两人是否安全。至于是否牵涉「跳机」非法逗留，她则强调案件仍在调查当中，不愿多加评论。

女当事人参加了该剧杀青派对，从就餐到KTV全程陪伴，结束之后已经是凌晨两点多，但她还是坐上王晶的商务车来到嫌疑人所在香格里拉酒店，不久后高云翔也来到该房间。凌晨4点多，该女子回家后，老公发现异常并主动报警。
女当事人的第一份证词和事实也很大出入，终审接受辩方律师提问时经常前后矛盾，多次用“我不记得了”来搪塞。
据悉，当晚，女当事人老公曾多次给妻子发信息，问她什么时候回家，还说自己病了，女儿也给妈妈发了信息，但当事人都没有回复。对此，高云翔方律师认为，女当事人对高云翔心仪许久，是自愿发生关系。
另外，女当事人多次向王晶索要法拉利跑车和股份，甚至告诉王晶，老公和女儿在外地。王晶方面认为，不排除女方是为了钱财故意和王晶亲近。某些信息还显示，她与王晶关系非常亲密。
发现妻子被人性侵，老公愤怒本是正常反应，但女方和其丈夫出庭时，竟然口径出奇一致，没有愤怒，只是担心。也因此，辩方律师怀疑夫妻俩已经商量好了相关说法。

现在中国经济发展已经到了不顾一切的地步。本来人们生活在这个世界上，需要一定物
质财富的依托，同时也要改善其他的方面而使自己生活得更好。但很少见到一个国家为
了经济而如此不顾一切的。
原因在什么地方？我认为主要有三点。
第一，既有的利益格局严重依赖增长所提供的增量。从宏观的层面来说，在这个不断固
化的利益格局中，原来给的不但得继续给，每年还得有所增加，更重要的是每年还有新
的需要花钱的地方出现，这个钱从哪里来？只有从增长所提供的增量中来。所以这个社
会有一种很强的增量依赖症。从微观的层面说，只有经济高速运转，只有不断上项目，
尤其是上大项目，相关的利益集团才能从中获益。
第二，越来越脆弱的合法性基础使得其严重依赖于经济增长。任何政权都得靠一个东西
