在发布会上，恒大董事长刘永灼介绍，去年10月开始接触里皮，当时里皮无重返足坛的计划，向俱乐部提出想观察一段时间；今年三月，里皮主动提出对恒大的未来发展很有信心，表示愿意执教恒大队；5月初恒大正式启动换帅，许家印拍板决定换帅。

Those kids apparently had practice skills, but they have zero game reading
ability. The sad thing is, given a good coach, they could play at a much
higher level. Instead of spend so much on Lippi, the money could hire 100
third-tie youth coach from Brazil or Argentina to train young kids.
The most impressive kid to me in the US U11 video is #9, the defensive
midfield. You can compare how that kid read the game with these students. |
