儿子半夜发烧，吃了家里的原来有的 Children's Motrin Liquids，一个小时不见什么
效果。打电话给医生，说是有可能是药有问题。再过一个多小时后烧退了一些，不知道
是自然的过程，还是要还是有用。
折腾了一清早，找邻居帮忙看孩子，出发去稍微远一点的要点，因为附近的几家药店都
说 Children's Motrin 缺货。后来孩子他妈在第一个进去的 Rite Aid 就买到了。我
就觉得奇怪，回来打电话一检查 NDC 号码，好家伙，果然是属于召回的药品。只好再
折腾，在另外一家CVS买了片剂。
现在有几个选择项，大家觉得我选那个比较合适？
1，把刚从 Rite Aid 买的丢掉
2，去 Rite Aid 退钱或者换
3，问 Rite Aid 怎么办，然后它怎么说怎么办。
4，找 Rite Aid 算账
5，找 Rite Aid 算账，并且说已经吃了药
6，直接上小额法庭
7，直接找律师（估计不会有人接案子） |

还是market order, 比市价高2.5倍的价格回购的put.
而且我有很多别的weekly option就快过期了,IB不liquidate这些1分的position. |

是不是就是能收到现金。
说来话长，今天5月的时候被社区银行的投资经理忽悠买了3支基金，每只基金投3千美
元。刚开始的时候我是想就买美国的s&p 500 index fund, 而且对基金是第一次接触。
但是当时也不知道为什么，反正投资经理说服了我买了其他基金。 投资经理是XX人
，对他有点信任吧。所以，他强烈建议要买一个有关中国的基金，我同意了，其他俩个
基金都是美国的基金。
然后这几个月， 看着我的钱一直少掉，反正这3支基金在一起，已经亏了1500美元，中
国基金亏得最多，都有800美元。然后我每次见到投资经理，他都叫我耐心，说起伏是
正常的，不要犯新手的错误想着赶快卖掉，要有长期投资的想法，要长期持有。对这方
面我不懂，以为他说的有道理。
但是今天这么一搞，反正自己觉得挺不好的，感觉自己被人愚弄了。不过这个也怨不得
别人，自己不懂理财。
反正郁闷了一会，对那个投资经理也不是太信任了。所以上来问这里的高手，那这个时

一盒一磅。含50gram蛋白超低卡。Whole food 有卖2.99。其它店应该也有。或便宜。
一天两到3盒基本保证每日所需要蛋白。几个白人同事都是对牛奶喝，无味。我认为还
是有些腥。
于是我做成--蛋奶布丁，超好吃。
牛奶与蛋白1:1。牛奶微波炉打热到70-90度。放两袋糖
倒入 liquid egg whites。搅匀后蒙保鲜纸，再放入微波化冻档3-5分钟。
拿出时成嫩嫩的豆腐脑。放入冰箱冷一两小时。办公室边吃边干活。爽。。。
我想如果你不怕麻烦。切好水果小块，如草酶芒果等成冻前倒进去更爽 。 |

看到版上关于拍子的讨论，自己没什么发言权，因为水平有限，也没打过很多拍子。不
过我恰好去年夏天买了liquid metal4开始学习，两个月前买了micro gel radical.刚
开始觉得radical 用着挺神，好像正手稳定多了，发力打也不怎么出界。不过最近开始
跟别人打比赛，觉得球速慢（正手发球），还经常出浅。我觉得主要原因是我击球的姿
势肯定还有问题，发力不好。偶然换回liquid metal4突然觉得跟同样的人比赛很好用
了。呵呵，唐了这么多，就是想说新手用所谓老头拍是个不错的选择。可能要想进一步
提高，还是要那些更多control的拍子。

多）。
Head liquid metal 4 is rated S4, meaning compact, short swing.
Microgel radical is L4, for long swing.
The latter has much better contol, but u will have to swing ur racket harder
to generate power. Liquid metal 4 has
poorer contol, but if u r an expert and knows how to control a racket well,
u may be fine. It has more power，轻轻一

按理说这种体系中粒子间基本是无相互作用的，除非在粒子间相互碰撞时才会有无穷大
的排斥力。通过径向分布函数g(r)可以求得potential of mean force,进而求得
粒子间相互作用力的系综平均值f(r). 但这样就会觉得原先无穷大不连续的粒子间
瞬时作用力，取了ensemble average之后就变成了随r连续变化的f(r)。这一点我
不是非常理解。
另外，通常求径向分布函数g(r)的方法，是用积分方程然后再做点近似，这样结果可以
很好，但有时物理图像不是很清晰。如果简单一点讲，hard sphere liquid形成这样
一种结构，是不是能量和熵平衡的结果呢？比方说，是不是某种程度上使
configuration
entropy最大化呢？
