2.水1700g，听说是1500g，可是我倒了1700就1700吧
3.葡萄内酯3g
blender一个
用一半的水和豆子，打1分钟（liquify档），过滤出豆浆，把豆渣和剩下的水再打1分
钟，过滤出豆浆。
最讨厌的就是煮豆浆，我一直在边上搅合着，不让粘底。沸腾后再烧3－5分钟去豆腥。
关火，凉凉到80度左右，没温度计没关系，等到表面起一层豆皮就可以了。凉豆浆的同
时，准备一个容器把葡萄内酯用4倍的水融化，晃晃，让容器壁沾上溶液。
豆浆凉了后冲入装有葡萄内酯的容器。静置。
冲完后我就觉得我的豆浆凝固了。
15分钟后就可以吃了。
topping我用黄花菜，木耳和香肠加盐，酱油，胡椒粉煮啊煮，最后用面粉勾芡，加个
蛋。
好像有点老，下回葡萄内酯少放点。

有一岁半了么？可以吃toast，抹极薄的一层liquified butter (微波炉转15秒就行),
butter是为了让孩子多吃抵饿，如果他不介意toast没有味道，不加butter反而更好。
香蕉也可以试试，starchy, 甜甜的，而且还有收敛的作用。 |

【1】石油天然气general
石油和天然气是不可替代的。
以6个月的range看，最低点，
油77，APA 80，NOV 60，SLB 60，什么GPOR都是当时的最低点，现在不知道去了哪里了
。其它sticker价格大家自己看吧。
油价再也没有去过77，可惜APA已经在70几了。
天然气,一直都在涨，价格大家自己看，可惜APA还是在70几。
这里有2个理由：
1，人为的压制，在chk涨幅的初期，是有很多news放出来的，基本就是鼓励长call
spread，全人类都觉得天然气要涨，所以它能涨么？不能，对吧？
2.price in already了，80的APA里面有investor对NG 4快的expectation，所以破灭了
就要去70

both price matters, it is big company cross the whole world.
To choose hedge or not, it is not my job and I don't care.
For NG, Licantly NG is simply liquified NG, nothing fancy, although price is
different and store cost is significantly lower.

is it's much harder to transport NG than oil (liquid). In order to
transport the NG, it has to be liquified, thus comes the terminal, storage
etc. Oil has a global price (more or less, Brent and WTI). Natural gas has
different prices in Asia, Europe and the US. Obviously here in the US it's
the cheapest due to fracking. Some shale producers can make money back from

美国本土CHK，DVN等若干大力关site，现在NG国家存量又低。
发电厂哪里是说switch就switch的，真以为是个开关吗？机器设备用电用气的能一样吗
？Utilities玩的都是whole sale，早就hedge好了，
好啦好啦，以后退休金买点Utilities公司，省得每天油贵气贵的。记住了，

发帖数: 1125 | 25 做法很简单，估计很多人都知道。不过还是附上做法，给需要的筒子：
1. 银耳洗净，泡软，加水&冰糖大火煮开，改小火慢炖，直至完全烧软，汤成羹状
注：银耳汤很容易溢出，快开的时候需要在旁照看
热的冰的都好吃，想吃冰的的话，只要把煮好的羹放冰箱冰镇后再用就行
2. 用blender把银耳羹liquify待用
注：这步可以省略
3. 另烧一些开水，把切了丁的水果烫一下，煮开，沥水后放入小碗
4. 把小园子烧熟，沥水后放入小碗
5. 最后把银耳羹拌进碗里
注：不要把水果和小园子一起放冰箱，要现煮，否则水果会和汤混在一起，而且
小园子凉了也不糯了 |

1. they absorb shocks A LOT better. having done a few double century rides
on both cromoly and aluminum frames, I can speak to that with personal
experiences.
2. for long tours, if your frame gets busted, steel frames are easier to
repair. anywhere in the world, you can find a shop that can do TIG welding,
but not necessarily aluminum welding. Aluminum welding requires precise

意见意见啊。。。
1.还是构图。
2.细节，细节。。头发，理解没有hairstylist的难处。那些杂乱的头发，后期可以修
掉，能让画面一下干净很多的。
3.第2张可以liquify一下，让身体曲线更柔和流畅。
不过这些都好说，主要的感觉那些都很不错的。赞一个，。 |

这种抓动态的室内照都是靠高速闪光灯来freeze，不靠快门。
持续灯光是不行的，光强都达不到要求，所以快门速度上不去。 |

曾经看过Zack Arias的 OneLight.Workshop DVD.单灯摄影艺术.
里面他用闪光灯在模特后面闪的效果非常好，所以就想试试持续背光灯的效果。

简直不是东西，然后有人说这两个地方太好了。都是不要钱的模特。
然后有人说，让老婆来，有人说，邻居，最好玩的是，居然有3个同学在hooters居然找
到不要钱的人体模特。
昨天的体会，还是运动员当人体模特最好看，不分男女！
body builder的肉太狠了。下个星期，老师说一定要把那个SURFER再找回来给大家拍拍
。然后很多人就把上周拍的裸体交给老师评奖，有人抱怨说太肥。但是有liquify后，
居然成超级大美女的。哈哈，photoshop is the king.! |
