LGA AIRPORT
交通：
7号线，坐地铁15分钟到曼哈顿，20分钟到法拉盛，楼下就有Q60，可直达ELMHURST,
Jamaica和midtown 60th street 2ave。地铁站有LIRR,坐LIRR去Penn Station才一站（
11分钟），去法拉盛才8分钟，超方便
房屋情况：
24小时doorman公寓，不怕有包裹没人签收，楼下有健身房，地下停车场，目前房子有
四间卧室，转租其中一个小卧室，非常干净，木质地板，大窗户，窗外的view很开阔，
还有一个衣橱，需要与另外两个室友share卫生间，有洗衣机烘干机，室友人都很Nice
和安静,有上学的也有上班的。厨房和洗手间共用。
周围环境：
楼下就有便利店丶24小时开的Dunkin Donuts丶开到半夜的Subway丶liquor
store，还有一家UPS快递即将开门，一个block距离的对面马路有：Keyfood超市丶中餐

它的酒精含量比一般的wine要高
porto并不完全是釀造完成
里面加入了高度數的liquor
所以跟一般的wine有很大的區別
酒是不是能儲存還要看葡萄產地的純度
最一般的來說，越是純的葡萄，也就是一小片地里的同一種葡萄釀的酒
越值得長時間的存放
port的這種叫做vintage
如果是table wine，也就是大家平時喝喝的那種，很多情況是多種葡萄的混合
也有同種葡萄，但是產自不同田地的
但是都是混合的葡萄
這種wine存久了就可以直接扔掉了。。。

还是咖啡戚风，巧克力慕丝，不过涂面全是巧克力ganache，所以侧面看起来要油亮些
因为这个小小的6寸蛋糕就是给大人吃的，所以蛋糕体，慕丝和ganache里面，应该放多
少酒就放了多少酒，用的coffee liqour, creme liquor, and dark rum。一次吃多了会
微微的晕乎乎，嘿嘿
所有用巧克力的东西都是尽量用的belgian or french 黑巧克力，dark而不是bittersw
eet，所以不甜腻，但是回味丰富。
这个蛋糕造价异常的高昂，但是味道也真的很赞。几样东西加起来真是绝配。
这个蛋糕和上次的福到是同一天做的，这个小的是定单蛋糕。特意留了多余给自己弄了
一个小的。
因为材料上的关系，明显比party带出去，因为有小孩吃，不能太不甜，而且不能放多少
酒的版本味道强很多！！ |

There is no THE RECIPE for tiramisu, not even in Italy.
You can do whatever you are happy with the recipe and I never follow any
recipe precisely.
For someone who's lazy like me... :-) Sometimes what I do is just to dip the
lady finger in coffee, mix with mascarpone cheese, sugar and a bit of any
liquor in my hand. Put in the fridge, waited for hours, serve with cocoa
powder. I gotta tel |

coffee/espresso + lady finger + mascarpone cheese + cocoa powder. Even
liquor is optional :-)
I do have friends who don't drink at all, and some who are allergic to raw
egg. But that doesn't mean they can't enjoy a piece of tiramisu :-) |
