白怎么回事（现在也还不太明白）。本来以为跟东部的收费站一样有人收钱，没想到所
有人工收费站都关了，只好走这个Liscense Plate Toll的Lane，走到一半看Do Not
Stop就过去了，直到下到Local也没发现在哪交钱。
因为当时着急赶飞机就没多想，现在越想越后怕。请问：
1. 收费站关了是因为今天过节么？还是早就关了suppose所有人都走Liscense Plate
Toll那条Lane？
2. 走Liscense Plate Toll那条Lane没交钱，算Violation么？
3. 怎么补交Toll，可以网上交么？交时候提供租的车的车牌号？

（不知道是因为Labor Day放假还是别的原因？）只能走这个“Liscense Plate Toll”
的Lane，走到一半又写着“Do Not Stop”，完全不知道怎么Pay这个Toll，零钱都攥在
手里了就是不知道往哪Pay阿。

比如你找一个contractor，这个人有license， 但是他可以不show liscense，劳务费
如果是100块钱一小时，你只需要付100就行了。但是，如果你要求他show license，
那么他就得给他的工人买保险，保险费大约是1.5倍的工资。因为show了liscense，以
后出现任何问题都是contractor负责，而不show license则是屋主负责。
Permit的话，是在你完工后有city的人来检查安全性，通过检查后，你的房屋保险才对
你的房子负责，这个费不了多长时间，所以资费上不会有那么大的区别。只是，现在一
些师傅工作质量并不合格，以至于他们不敢让city来检查，所以建议大家选师傅的时候
，问问师傅是不是建议申请permit， 如果是极力反对的，大家还是想想清楚再用吧。

TX法律规定，车子在到TX 30天两要换registration, 人90天内要换驾照。
到了TX以后，最好要先买好TX的保险，到中国城拿一本中文黄页，多打几家问问价格，
每个agent所代理的公司都不一样，多打几家才能有最好的价格。
如果不买保险也可以，不过要注意换registration的时候，那些人可能要你先有TX的
insurance,不然不给你办。其实外州的保险也是可以的，不过很多Tax Office的人不懂
。只要保险中的Liability达到TX的要求就可以了，也就是body injury $30k per
person/60k per accident, property damage 25k/accident(即agent常说的30/60/25
，这是TX的最低要求，你的外州保险要达到这个要求才行），非TX保险一定要带上保险
