但我看起来这个好像是long short list，请问一般最后有多大的几率去面试？这种

也见过面试的时候就要了list，最后给offer的时候再confirm一下的；
还见过一直没要过list就给offer的（因为那里的startup数目基本固定）。 |

有时候在ziprealty上可以看到foreclosure or short sale的房子,但听说全部
foreclosure/short sale的listing只有在专门交钱的网站上才能看得到. 这是为什么
呢? 是不是这些list在Ziprealty上的foreclosure的房子比较滞销,所以才拿到这些
free的网站(例如Ziprealty)上促销呢? 换句话说,是不是这些登在ziprealty上的房子
都不好? |

发帖数: 11593 | 8 没有促销什么的那回事。这些房子只要是在那些网站上出现了，那肯定都是从MLS里面
抓出来的。
对于为什么你需要交钱才能去某些网站上看完整的foreclosure list，我的理解是这样
子的——这些foreclosure/short sale的房子，有很多都是非常好的投资机会，所有会
有大把的房地产投资者盯着。有些房子出来以后，可能一两天就会卖掉；而不同的网站
，从MLS里面抓listing的延时是不同的。那些zip reality之类的免费网站，可能延时
比较长，很多foreclosure的房子在能够出现在那上头之前就已经走了。——从这个角
度而言，你说出现在ziprealty不是非常好卖（也就是不会list出来一两天之内就有人
冲上去下offer），也是有道理的。
我LG业余做中介，所以我们总是可以第一时间看到那些foreclosure的房子，也经常会
看到一个foreclosure的房子，价值十万的只标一两万，然后几天之内就没了的情况。
如果是第一次或者第二次买房子、目的只是给自己住的欠缺经验的买家，是肯定抢不过
人家那些专业人士的。人家去了，一眼就能看出个大概，知道这房子该如何... 阅读全帖 |

看下12楼我贴的图片，可以对 pointer to pointer 的理解更进一步。
这个方法很巧妙，在很多情况下可以用，例如：
1）linked list insertion，就如 lz 说的.
2）linked list merge/intersection
3）BST insert (iterative)
如果不用 pointer to pointer，那以上的程序一就是需要利用递归，二就是因为处理
个别状况而写起来很繁琐。
以下是一个使用的例子：

Node **p = &head; // pointer to pointer used to advance the result

->a，假设一开始从a开始reverse整个环，然后访问link list的next又遇到了b，这时
候就不能再reverse一次了。
思路：先reverse有环的，再reverse没环的
round 1，找出所有环，把环中最后一个指向special "NodeEnd"，所以a -> b -> c ->
a变成 a->b->c->nodeEnd。
round 2，从LL头开始遍历所有Node，假设Node开始的random pointer路径包含nodeEnd
，则重新构成一个逆向的环。
round 3，从LL头开始遍历所有Node，假设Node开始的random pointer路径包含NULL，
则reverse这个list |

题目来自Career up 150. 另有一个followup， linked list 储存数字为正常顺序，同
样求和。
书上给的解法是直接进行数位的加减，然后将新的数字输入到linkedlist.
这一题，我直接的想法是利用stack和queue 将数字取出来重新包装成int，完成加法后
，再输入回linkedlist。
希望有大牛帮忙比较一下两种思路的优劣。 |

那这道题的目的在于用linked list表示非常大的数，然后进行linked list 形式的加
法运算
例如 a = 1-> 2 ..(n 个)... 2 ->2 计算a+a。 这样的情况如果我提取出来，整数是
肯定会溢出的。
但是用linked list 却还是可以进行运算。

给定m个sorted linked list or array,平绝长度为n。则：
（1）divide conquer:
T(mn)=2T(mn/2)+O(mn) =>T(mn)=mnlog(mn)
（2） minheap:
m(构造Heap）+(mn-m)logm=〉mnlogm
(3)从一个list拿出头元素与其他list的头元素比较：
mn*m。
由此可见（1）和（3）不一定哪个好，决定于m和n的值。m或n很大时（1）比（3）好。

这个value是个reference，就像c++里面的Pointer,是原来list reference的一个copy
。如果你在lalalala里面改变这个reference，它就指向其他的obj了，和foo里面的
list一点关系都没有了，你可以试试。

于是约buyer agent去看 但是她开不了门 这个房子没有上local MLS 于是buyer
agent 让我约listing agent. 还让我问需不需要她present offer.
打电话后几天人家才回 于是看了房，我问他我可不可以用我的agent present offer.
Listing 不同意了
烦 买房子还得和listing agent 周旋 什么都得自己弄 也没有rebate了。 |

他同group的另一个agent带我看房。最后成交的时候那个带我看房的算我的realtor。
买forclosure直接和listing agent联系会有优势，但是regular sale优势不明显，不
如找好自己的agent说好给多少rebate。 |

，从09年又以$360K list到网上，直到被银行收回。现在估计可以280K拿到这个房子。
请问，这种listing price 一路下跌的房子，在以后的resale时会不会有跌价的惯性？

惜损害我们利益。我看不出有什么必要找buyer agent.
现在很多网站都有房子listing, 能不能直接在网上找到房子，然后和listing agent办
买房手续？
这样能省钱吗？有人说中介费用是seller出，但羊毛出在羊身上，最终其实还是买方和
卖方双方承担。
能否要求listing agent把本该给buyer agent的那3%返还给买方？如果能这样，买方也
少砍点价，成交也顺利些。
我这理解是否正确，如果可行的话，需要什么合同吗？请有经验的给解释。谢谢！ |

sale的listing price一般也就是market price。如果很久没有人买，你可以往下砍；
如果有人感兴趣，基本都是listing price或者高过listing price过去的

like that, you have nobody to represent you and you buy with no agent. when
the listing agent write the contract like that, the listing agent will only
work for the seller and have no legal obligation to you. thus he will have
no Conflict of interest and any legal trouble if he has done something
benefit the seller by hurting you. it's too late to find yourself an agent
