快慢好坏很大程度上由自己主观控制着。 做事的快慢与质量的高低，很大程度上不是
个人的能力高低，而是出于做事者脑子里的政治考虑。
比如说我举的开车在路口等绿灯的例子，司机正常情况下在变灯后几秒内就会启动出发
，如果一个司机在变灯后拖了100秒才启动，这显然不是他的工作能力问题，在也不是
车的机械问题的情况下，司机就是在故意拖延，是司机的脑子里在考虑政治问题，例如
这个司机可能就是为了找后面人的麻烦，故意堵住路口不让别人通过。 总之这个拖延
问题不是因为这个司机懒，而是他出于某种政治企图的行为。
几天前我申请进入雪城大学的CSSA的Listserv， 又被拒入。 我在最近三四年几次试图
申请进入都被拒入。 一年前雪城大学新选了个中国学生会主席，我申请入Listserv被
拒后又发Email给新上任几个月的学生会主席刘某，说明情况希望能被加入Listserv，
刘某对我不回复不睬。 像我这个小事，想入个中国人的小Listserv，都连续几年被拒

2002后去看过几次，里面小吃摊很多，很诧异从没见过中餐摊位，也没有见过中国的文
艺表演。华人在纽约州应该算是个较大的少数民族，我无法理解为什么博览会中找不到
任何能标记华人文化的东西。2008年我曾经以某些方式对雪城的华人倡议在博览会上加
入中餐的内容以及中国传统特色的文艺表演。当时我的印象是雪城的华人对此反映冷淡
。 后来我就没精力顾这事了，2009，2010两届我都没去看， 不知现在这事有没进展。
我在雪城零星认识几个中国人，都说不上话。本来就没认识几个人，模糊觉得2008年我
倡议在博览会里加入中国内容之后，本来还偶然见面能打个招呼的某几个中国人对我都
警惕似的不睬了，也不知和我那个倡议有无关联。只 感慨人情之淡漠。
雪城大学有个CSSA的Listserv，里面好像各色人等都有吧，我记得2007年后我两三次申
请注册进Listserv，居然都被拒不让我进。今年四月CSSA新换个主席叫刘 芃，都是新
人，应该对我没偏见了吧。我再次申请进Listserv， 又被拒，我发邮件给刘 |

妄到了极点。 麦田罢手后，韩寒本应该见好就收，恭恭敬敬地写个帖子感谢方师祖批
评指正，最好亲自上门给方舟子三磕九拜，献份大礼，公开认错，这样以后还可以在江
湖上混，方师爷多少会照应着一点，至少不会拿他祭坛了。 韩寒他对老前辈不恭敬也
就算了，居然放出那种没高没低的恶言，甚至拿他的祖师爷搞笑，拿人家的生理特征调

这几天我一直在骂方舟子，得罪了不少人。 我骂他是他活该，我有资格骂他。 网上有
许多旧事，知道的人不多。如果我早点把那些事情写出来，使大家有个背景知识，也许
韩寒就可早点学乖了。 今天我要骂韩寒。 韩寒这孩子，不知天高地厚，傻到居然不知
方舟子为何人的地步。 在这场战争的一开始他以为他喊几声“方老师”就表示对方的
尊重了，岂不知方舟子在网络文坛上的地位哪里是“老师”，人家是祖师爷级的人物，
是中文互联网文学的最早的开路先锋之一，韩寒应该喊他方师祖或至少方师爷才对。
韩寒一开始就搞错辈份了，这孩子以为自己出了几本书就可以和方舟子平起平坐了，狂

网络传播中的“谣言”现象研究
谣言作为一种普遍的社会舆论现象，通常是利用蔓延或扩散的作用，暗地在人际的互动
间快速的传递，随着互联网的普及，网络匿名性与易于向公众传播等特性更是助长了谣
言的传播与影响能力。本文从谣言传播的基础出发，将现有关于谣言研究的大量论著和
网络传播的研究成果整合起来，运用信息管理学、传播学、心理学等多学科的方法来研
究这一命题，针对网络谣言的特性，网络谣言的传播过程进行探讨，并进而总结了网络
谣言的控制与解决方法。
