noon: 12:00 o'clock in the mid day.
所以12:30PM literally means 12：30 in the "AFTER NOON"， "12:59AM" literally
means 12:59 "BEFORE noon". Unless you define noon at 1:00, otherwise, your
proposal makes no sense.

首先我不反对外F。但是有些外F实在悲哀。
说个例子吧。昨天去吃面，一坐下就来了个40-50岁的中国大妈和50多岁的红脖子。我
也不爱管人家的事，但是红脖子一坐下来就大声的夸夸其谈什么中国经济怎么怎么样，
美国经济又怎么怎么样。我一看红脖子穿的破破烂烂的样子，心想你知道TM什么国际经
济呀。我也没有管他们，反正我吃我自己的面就好了。接下来我就昏了。红脖子开始讨
论美元和RMB的兑换率。外F说美刀对RMB大概1对6，红脖子说不对，自己拿出了爱疯就
喊“10RMB equal how many us dollars”.当然答案是1.6。红脖子就说，你看你看，
你说错了。我看了外F一眼，她实在无奈。红脖子又继续说以后不知道，就不要乱说。
