Lithuanian's parliament, the Seimas, voted Tuesday to remove antigay
language in a controversial law that restricted information available to
children.
The Law on the Protection of Minors Against the Detrimental Effect of Public
Information, passed last summer by the Seimas, prohibited the dissemination
of various types of information deemed detrimental to the youth.

better than this. After all, lots of them are McDonald's players. So I say
Coach K has some problems.
The problem I hated most is putting Scheyer on the field, while that
Lithuanian Pocius on the bench.
I know we have way too many white players, but some of them can still play
good games, like Pocius. He's been fixed on the bench for too much time, yet

中重要的一类就是“知识企业家”，他们是捍卫和促进自由的重要力量。
哈耶克在《知识分子与社会主义》里写过“我们需要知识领导者来抵御权力和影响力的
魅惑”。那么什么是知识企业家或者知识领导者？我在《驯服利维坦》中将思想库作为
知识企业家创立的“企业”，以便在观念市场中占据份额，创造价值。化用奥地利学派
关于企业家的看法，知识企业家的“创新能力”无非是说集中在思想市场上，在这个市
场里进行创新，包括创造新的观念和思想，在既有思想市场上发现新的机会，并且能利
用资源拓展思想市场。
在弗里德曼看来，知识企业家的作用是创造新的政策选项并使之成为可行的选项。“只
有真切实在的危机才会带来真正的变革。当危机发生时，所采用的行动依靠众所周知的
观念。我相信这就是我们的根本作用：为既存的政策开发新的选择，使得新的选择既可
