本人phd学生，在校5年。受不了导师的虐待，奋起反抗，结果导师和他以前的一个学生
倒打一把，诬告我学术剽窃。忍无可忍。决定告老师或学校。手上导师误导性指导，学
术造假，剽窃我的工作的证据充分。
赢了官司,不知道律师是不是要分成，只要是属于我的部分, 本人拿走20%外，80%给出
资者按出资比例分成,没用完的钱也按比例退回。出资名单，金额公布在版上，资本总
额达到2.5 万就暂停招募资金。
如果官司输了，除了证明美国学术界黑暗外还是只有黑暗。大家投入的钱就当做是做慈
善，其他的法律后果风险，比如坐牢什么的, 本人一律承担。
出了律师费，律师应该不会参与分成.

首先，上面两位说了半天业没有说明白为啥没有反方向的酶。。。甚至连是不是理论上
不能存在呢，还是理论上可以存在但是没有进化出来，都没能回答。
第二个是 DNA lagging strand 复制错误率高，是进化出来的故意提高的出错率呢，还
是进化时降低出错率到今天的程度就可以了，也没解释。

的机制，还做不到定量模型计算预测（预测个数量级也成），对于 DNA 复制就只能是
