我过去的某贴里面有过关于这个老同志的教学的讨论。为什么有人喷这个老先生的教学
呢，论点是，这是旧式ski的滑法，steering的成分过多，没有体现出新式ski卡无路线
的现代滑法的一些精髓。反方观点认为，老先生的第三部视频是讲了新式ski现代卡无
滑法的，只是讲的浅显粗略，没有有针对性的去着重讲一些subtle的技术要领。我倒觉
得他讲的phantom edging的drill对初练卡无还是很有帮助。
我个人观点是，初学阶段，看Lito也好，Harb也好，elatemedia也好，都无所谓。等滑
多了体会多了，水平上去了，慢慢有了自己的领悟，有兴趣再去找更多的视频再去探讨
更进阶的技巧/技术要领。 |

队上上下下，比分交错上升的同学们千万不要错过。
NFC的队和AFC比起来，弱点更明显一些。这两个队防守上的弱点恰恰是对方惊弓上
的强项。先说老鹰D，弱点是跑防，油漆是对付灵巧型的跑卫。老鹰跑防的中间力量
是中卫Throttle，是个勇猛有余的球员(down hill tackler). 加上老鹰防守强调
对敌人QB的疯狂攻击，这就给小巧型跑卫留下许多空间。象什么理发师，窝里裆，
Bettis, Jones-Drew都占了不少便宜。难民的1-2punch, Deuce Mcallister和Reggie

发帖数: 515 | 5 可能我对cave的理解有点不同。个人理解cave是滑雪的基础。cave就是不用steering只
用edging来转弯。这个观点是我从lito的教学录像里面学的。
我个人是在学习了lito所说的cave之后mogul才开始入门的。之后的经验是cave和mogul
的技术进步没有先后，更像是一起improve的感觉 |

防守区域的角卫。尽管我觉得还应该在下蛋角的定义里加一条，能对抗对方
头号外接手并灭之的。问题是：下蛋角在NFL里是否真的存在？还是以成为
古老的传说？或是自始至终就是NFL追星族的良好愿望？
1) Deion Sanders, 这个转说中的史上最象下蛋角的，颠峰时期的比赛咱没
看过。现在年老色衰被各队的3号外接手打的找不到牙。
2) Champ Bailey, 这个公认的当今至少排名前3的牛角卫，去年曾让Chad
Johnson, Jerry Porter占尽便宜。
3) Lito Sheppard, 这个新新人类中的出色角卫，上周日把过气的Terry

Bobby Taylor, Lito Sheppard and Sheldon Brown are good. But they
are not top corners. These guys benefitted a lot from Jim Jonshon's
blitz schemes. They do not have to do a lot to contain the WRs,
because the opposite QB does not have time to make good passes.
Last week Cowgirls used max protection through the game. Eagles
could not sack Bledsoe even if they were playing flag football.
That was why Sheppard and Brown got exposed.

1。我一直认为mogul不应该用carving, 但是lito的DVD和我昨天上的mogul课都提到了
carve on mogul. 我现在的理解是carve 可以用在mogul上， 但前题是仅仅用在
advanced mogul ski+ soft mogul, 你看这个解释合理吗？
2。 经典中的经典， 这是advanced mogul ski 必须掌握的动作-push down。

咱低手切磋一下。肯定重心在前，而且一定不要移到uphill ski上。至于两腿的分配，目前情况下
尽量做到down hill leg 承重100%.当然，有人提出过承重可以73开或者64开（央视教程），这
个可能是因地制宜的，我目前没啥体会。
如果咱俩都属于练parallel阶段，那些高手video暂时别看吧，用处不大。
我带头盔推荐"breakthrough on skis那个系列的第一集，第一集。如果你蓝道能下会
基本平行的动作，我觉得那集应该对你有帮助。第二集和第三集我没看过，我目前的水平估计也
理解不了，但是第一集我觉得非常有用。
它分三部分
1）why round turn? 讲述为什么现代雪板能够刻滑园弯及基本的用力方式，round
turns比起skid(刮雪）如何省力有效率。很重要的观念，round turn减速是靠terrain(上坡）
把速度缓下来而不是靠刮雪像撞静止障碍物一样把速度放低。
2）parallel turns, 关键讲如何转换重心，Lito的观念是”early weight shift"，就
是没转弯前就要准备把此刻的下山脚释放重量，这时候如果身子不 |

发帖数: 3290 | 25 去年雪季结束的时候，开始光顾mitbbs，除了cycling版，灌水最多的就是ski版，整个
夏天，除了版主兢兢业业，能常来ski版的寥寥无几，amplifier算是其中的铁杆之一，
他那独特的思维角度，诙谐的表达方式总是能带给我意想不到的乐趣，而且他喜欢写诗
，并能不断地推出各种类型的以滑雪为主题的诗词，有抒情的，有豪迈的，更有风趣和
幽默的，让咱这种缺乏想象力的人也能跨越时空，在炎炎的夏日，依然能延续着上个雪
季的欢乐，憧憬着下个雪季的到来。
此次Utah之行，自然而然地希望能会会咱这ski版的铁杆灌友。Utah之行的第三天，是
个星期六，终于在Snowbird见到了他还有他一直提到的师傅，接下来由他师傅领路，他
自个断后极有耐心地陪着blued和受了点伤的xiaoxiong，让每个人都在Snowbird留下了
一断美好的回忆。那天还有幸与当地的ski版元老xyzok一起滑了一会，可惜的是一行人
只和版主在停车场匆匆合影。
amplifier的师傅滑雪风格稳重而不失优雅，不急不躁地完成每一个turn，让我想起那
