美國在建設5G基地台上的花費與數量已經大幅落後給中國。德勤（Deloitte，台灣稱勤
業眾信）指出，目前中國所建設的5G無線基地台數量超過美國的10倍，有望在未來5G所
帶動的龐大利益中大幅獲益。
路透引述Deloitte昨（7）日所發布的報告，自從2015年來，中國在建設新的5G無線通
訊基地台上，已經較美國多花費240億美元。如今中國已經建設35萬個5G基地台，而美
國建設數量則不足3萬個。
報告稱，中國手機基地台公司和電信業者在建設投入極大，單在2017年其中3個月的5G
基地台建設數量總和，便已經超過美國此前3年之總和。
報告預估，未來5年中國5G產業市場的投資將超過1兆美元。且在中國建設5G裝置的成本
，較美國便宜約35％，美國需要花費中國投資費用的2.67倍才能趕上中國。
報告指出，由於5G將開啟一個新時代，挖掘當前未開發的經濟潛力，故率先採用5G通訊

than good enough for CS and general use. I have a common littmann one, I don
't think there is big difference. Unless you want to be a cardiologist, $10
one is good enough. |

吧。如果一定要买就在医学院的bookstore里买个大家都用的Littmann,价格不菲，不过
以后residency总是要用的。 |

个人建议：膜型和钟型都有的，就完全足够。3M Littmann ，不错。
导管长短你自己斟酌一下：长点，听诊方便你，听的时候不用弯腰；短点，传导更清楚。

Stethoscope. I also started with classic II you mentioned. but one day I
compared with the card one which does provide better sound quality and
louder too. later i found it has the tube-in-tube kind of technology so when
you grab the tube, you won't get too much rubbing noise from your fingers.

没必要了。在临床上晃，别人对你脖子上挂的东西还是比较注意的。绝大多数的人用3M
littmann. |

发帖数: 20 | 34 额，我之前在国内临床上用的就是那个70多的littmann，那个给general adults用的。
在各种怪异杂音的病人身上试过这个和别人的200块的（三尖瓣的反流、IFP的、还有肾
血管狭窄的murmur），感觉和更好的区别不太大，听murmur好像主要还是靠多听，10块
钱和70块钱的有区别，70和200的就没啥区别了。。。
