家里没有INTERNET，所以早早的就赶到朋友家里，准备坐等COFFEE讲相声，HAPPY
HAPPY。没开场，可能是HMIS播的音乐，觉得有点吵，心想，我是不是来错地方了，不
过转念一想，是不是这几年跟着儿子女儿儿歌听太多了。讲座开始，hmis和小麦主持，
辛苦两位为所有这些活动付出这么多的心血，大家的眼睛都是雪亮的。
COFFEE特别的请来了Dr. Liu做嘉宾，我觉得COFFEE和Dr. Liu的组合是绝配。COFFEE热
情洋溢，魅力四射。Dr. Liu不愧是前辈，稳重大方，阅历丰富，诲人不倦。
COFFEE和Dr. Liu都事先声明，什么问题都可以问，真的是坦诚相见，不愧是办大事的

最亏的还是 liu ying，本来一个默默无闻的phd，这么一闹，周围的人都知道她是一个
为了小便宜干不道德的事情。
名誉对有些人是无价之宝，对大多数人无非是价格高低问题。为了几十刀的小钱，把自
己放在刀尖上，只有两种可能
1) liu ying自己不知情，大老虎跟liu ying忽悠说借地址下单，给一定的报酬。liu
ying 本身是完全不懂amazon的玩法。一切都是大老虎再操作。
2)liu ying智商有问题，供出大老虎，给神医认错私下道歉
这个事情，还是需要直接联系到liu ying本人，要通过电话方式最好。email的话，可
能是大老虎自己，而非liuying
总之，为了几十刀，被自己的老板知道自己做ebiz,这风险还是很大的。 |

因为本站站规明文规定ID注册及发文内容或者回复的信息中应避免或不能涉及他人隐私
，所以我之前曾特意就版面收集evil信息这一功能咨询过站方。得到回复是，在一定前

揭发YING LIU 的文章发表后，在ebiz的整个人群中反响极大，一度在版面置底并标记
。之后，版务组收到自称是YING LIU的id（为保护隐私，具体id就不说了）的删文要求
。基于之前站务的答复，版务组讨论的结果，我决定删除，由dealgraph操作。删文之
后版面的情形大家已经看见了，dealgraph于是恢复了所有被删文章。再后来，站务从
站方的角度考虑，直接进入版面，重新删除部分文章。这就是“站方保留最终的判断权

由于之前楼主一直比较浑浑噩噩，觉得来美帝好好搞科研就行了，别的没多想。所以从
来也没想过落地，更没想过自己的case能上EB1A，总觉得那是个高不可测的level。
先说下自己的情况：
生物化学专业，主攻癌症研究。
文章8，一作4。6篇文章发表在ISI Web科学期刊总排名TOP 1%的journal（就是不分领
域，所有学科所有杂志排名，律师给的一个ISI Web of Science worldwide journals
ranking），平均IF=16-18.
Contribution的话，文章被Nature Review等写配图文章报道过（楼主名字被提到），
其中还有两篇15分文章配有当期preview和Editor‘s Choice。
因为最早一篇文章也是2011年发的，所以总引用目前300。
曾获教育部自然科学奖二等奖。。。不知道这个算不算。。。
审稿是弱项，楼主由于开窍比较晚，去年才开始准备review，现在只攒了13篇，10篇来

士屯这个大牛扎堆的地方只算是中牛。看看他们一起发的文章，一个共同点就是高通量
加heavy computation，其中Liu的贡献一点都不少。再看她单独做的工具，从MACS到这
两年的CRISPR方法，基本上都是发在二流杂志但非常pioneering的work。业界对她的认
同也在于她的算法切实解决了常用生物技术中存在的问题。博士屯这个地方的确有一些

就回信而言，Victoria花了不少时间回复了我的几乎每个问题。Liu的回复相对比较模
版化。
但Victoria貌似要求我自己来做很多事，很多effort，当然这些也许Liu之后也会要求。
另外，Liu的地点更match，但这个似乎不重要？

可惜Obama在选他做9th circuit法官时候，被共和党block了。
Goodwin Liu是个左倾温和派，中间偏左。
现在呼声最高的是Sri Srinivasan，中间派，在上次Obama提名他做D.C. Circuit法官
时，97-0被参议院通过，这次如果拒绝他，参议院面子上会很难看。
估计他是版上钉，天时，地利，人和。
Obama确实一直提拔少数民族的，这次必然提拔这个印度二代。
