发帖数: 2284 | 2 晚上突然发觉自己手上的那个黄胶圈不见了。回头看到一脸坏笑的小儿子，想起来给他
洗澡时，把它脱下来给他玩，然后就不知所踪。这可真巧。被这小子藏起来的东西，基
本是有去无回。但如果还能找到，我还会把它带上。
这个黄胶圈对我的用处，一是表明自己cyclist的身份：开车在路上遇到骑车人，我把
带圈的左手伸到窗外挥一下，骑车人看到了，知道遇到了道上的朋友，于是放心前行。
没了这个胶圈，我得费力地把袖子撸到肩头来展示自己的tan line，很不方便而且容易
被误会成暴露狂。
第二个原因和楼主一样，表示自己对抗癌事业的支持。LiveStrong是世界上最有影响力
的抗癌慈善组织，支持LiveStrong是最简单直接不过的参与方法。它的创办人现在丑闻
缠身，但我本来就对他，以及其他职业车手，以及各种比赛，以及圈子里的各种新闻八
卦，的关注度很低。他的兴衰荣辱，一点也不影响我对自行车运动的热爱 - 对于我而
言，这个运动的全部意义就是：Ride! |

Simply Orange, Tropicana, 那些什么never from concentrate, not from
concentrate(NFC),是经历过高加工的,在大桶里可能放一年,营养和味道都没了,快装瓶
时,后加入的.每个公司都有其独特的味道配方. 就跟方便面调料一样.
我也觉得非浓缩的比浓缩的好喝多了,觉得多花的那一两刀真合算啊,自己是不是真脱贫
了,主要是调料配的好.弄得跟真的似的.
网上一查,反倒是浓缩的橙汁经过加工的步骤少时间短,还营养成分高.你说说,你说说.
从今往后,再也不给NFC贴钱了.当然最好的还是姆们农贸市场的墨西哥小姑娘一个一个
挤压出的好,但,忒贵了.要是自己弄个榨汁的,麻烦,占地方,肯定过了新鲜劲就不再作了.
还就是喝点浓缩果汁算了.

示你已经消耗了很多卡路里，但实际上一点也不累。我基本上倾向于treadmill doctor
的排名。所以应该会选Livstrong T10.0。Livestrong属于Johnson集团。有很多品牌。
livstrong这个品牌本身比较新，开始于2009年。不过他旗下的产品已经获奖无数。其
他再考虑的包括Sole F63（也是一款广受好评的机器）。还有nordic Track t7.0(最
popular品牌的低端机，属于ICON集团，中规中矩)。Costco网上的产品没有一款值得推
荐。店里面还没有看到有treadmill。Black Friday Livestrong t10.0在 Sports dick
好像有促销，可以等等看。不然就网上订也行。 |

2010年5月去医生那边体检150磅，9月初开始用livestrong.com，11月底再去医生那里
称140磅。现在12月中，家里称净重135磅。
我平时锻炼时间不多，平时靠lunch time打乒乓，最近争取到每周三晚上去打羽毛球。
每天坚持至少40个仰卧起坐，睡前揉肚子100次。
上班的时候用livestrong.com记录一天饮食，周末很难记录。
最近调整下战略想要加这些：
每天上班的时候练习抬腿一边30次，练习手臂20-40次。一周zumba2次。
饮食卡路里不想再减少了，大概每天就照着1200努力，实际吃1300左右吧。
离我的30岁生日还有2个半月，争取到时候能变的非常非常hot！ 哈哈。。。 |

算基础代谢，计划每周减多少，照着 budget 吃，加跑步半小时，想不瘦都难。
基本一周两磅不是很困难。
减肥就是简单算术，进的少于出的，就开始减重。
不管住嘴是不行的。
管住嘴一定要知道具体热量值。上面两个app都行。
我一个半月基本减了12磅吧，正好一周两磅。一天吃一千卡左右，周末自助放纵一下，
当然，还是挑高蛋白，低碳水的，每天午饭晚餐基本没有碳水。
现在三个月了，少了20磅。中间回国一个月没有运动，稍微注意下饮食，就不会长体重

livestrong给出的数据，以我56公斤来算的话，维持体重需要2047，每周减一磅需要
1500，每周减2磅需要1200。这个公式算的话，维持体重需要2053。基本一致的。
但是livestrong对于活动强度的描述更详细，这个公式就很简单。
每天吃1900或者2000不会胖起来的，你连续track一个星期就知道了，非常容易达到的
数字。我们实际摄入的总是多于我们想象的，假如认真记录的话。但如果想减肥肯定就
要低于维持体重热量摄入的。具体低多少，要根据每个人的减重目标来具体化。
我是想说明，减肥热量该怎么算是有据可依的，不是想怎么来就怎么来的。当然条条大
路通罗马，不认真算凭感觉也许也行，长期坚持的话，还是要认真的好。 |
